Rock star Stevie - g-spot vibrator by Doc Johnson - review by Enchantedkitty

The Rockstar Stevie, by Doc Johnson, is a wonderful toy. I chose the sea foam for its beautiful color.

On the back of the packaging, it states it is: flexible silicone, whisper-quiet, powerful, targeted for G-spot stimulation, water-proof, has multiple speeds, and is body safe (made from non-phthalate material).

First, yes it is made of flexible silicone, which I love. It has just the right amount of give for easy insertion, but isn't hard. It is very smooth and soft (it has the wonderful velvet touch)and it also has a studded plastic (meant to look like metal) piece around the base of it.

It is NOT whisper quiet. You will hear a busy that can get loud. It seems to be coming from the vibration of the screw on cap hitting the plastic shiny piece. It only happens when you turn the control all the way up to the highest setting.

Is it powerful? To a point, some may not find it to be powerful enough, but is does have a wonderful shape and is aimed just right for the g-spot. so that makes up for the lack of power that it has.

This IS a silicone toy, so make sure you ONLY use water based lubricants on it.

Silicone is not a porous material, so it can be disinfected by boiling it for 3 minutes or by throwing it into the top rack of your dishwasher; gotta love that right?

The box does say that this toy is waterproof, I'm not really sure if it is or not since they also said it was whisper quiet (which it was not); I have not tried using it in water, but if you want to give it a try make sure that the cap is screwed on as tight as it goes to make sure no water gets in the battery compartment.

This is still a great toy. I've only used it one more time after I posted this. It's not a 'go to' toy for me, since I've found others that are better.
