Key Pyxis - finger massager discontinued by Jopen - review by PeaceToTheMiddleEast

The Key Pyxis finger vibe is from the Key line made by Jopen. I had already got another vibe from them and was not satisfied, but this one I had wanted since they had showed the Key line and they never brought it to the site. I almost brought it from some where else and I am glad I did not and waited and lo and behold it showed up on the site.

I would have to say this finger vibe would be best suited for beginners just starting out to toys. It will also be great for beginning couples as well. As for advanced users this would make a great warm up toy, that is all about it is good for. I am sensitive as I had said before and this did not do anything for me at all.

This toy is waterproof so you can enjoy it in the tub, shower, pool or jacuzzi. It also works for teasing the nipples or other spots you can find to tease. The main reason I got this toy was because of the discreetness of it. It would have helped me out during some cam sessions but that is not going to work.

The Pyxis is made of 100% Silicone. It also feels so soft and smooth. Silicone is rated a 10 on the Eden safety scale. It also has Anti-bacterial property and is Food-grade material/Hypo-allergenic/Latex free/Non-porous/Phthalates free. It is made from body safe materials. It is best to use water based lubricants with this toy so you don't ruin it. The button is made of stainless steal alloy.

I found this toy to not have any smell and I did not taste at all. The texture does not add any extra stimulation for me but for others it may. There are little waves on the bottom which felt some what okay.

There are 3 different colors in this line. They are Raspberry, Purple, and blue. I have the Pyxis in purple.

The Pyxis is a finger vibe it fits over the fingers well. Mine are small and slender. I am not sure how it will fit people who have bigger fingers but I don't see an issue and we will have to wait for reviews to see how that works out.

I truly enjoyed the design of this toy I got it for how small it was. It did feel a little weird to have the waves on it and made fitting to the clit a challenge but once adjusted right it felt great.

These are the measurements from the product page. I use these because I do not do any measuring as I said before. I don't have time or privacy with a two year old around as you can see from what I said below. There are others on here that take measurements and I appreciate that they do them.

You could easily hide this toy in your purse or in your pants pocket. I had mine charging on the side of my laptop because it does not give you a part so you can put it in the wall. The only person who got a hold of it was my 2 year old. Told them to leave it alone and that was that of course they thought it was a toy.


The size of this is great for anyone but again would be better suited for beginners.

To get the Pyxis on you have to hold it down for 2 seconds. Let's just say I charged mine up and had an issue pressing the button and nothing happened I seriously thought I got a dud. If you want to turn it off you also hold that same button for two seconds.

When you receive it there is a rechargeable USB plug that plugs into your laptop or if you have a USB connecter that connects into the wall you could use that as well. When charging the Pyxis you have to make sure that the two magnetic points are lined up with the Key logo. Once attached properly it will glow red and then after it is fully done charging it will disappear. The Pyxis takes about 2 hours to charge and will last for about One and a half to Two hours.

There are 5 patterns to this vibe. The functions are Escalating/Pulsating/Vibrating. This toy is really quiet. When I used it I could not hear it over the TV I had on.

The instruction manual that comes with it says that the patterns are:
1. High is a steady
2. High 2 is a faster pulse
3. Tease is an escalation
4. Pulse is close to high 2 but slower
5. Throb has two quick pulses and a short burst of steady with it

The only ones that really made me feel it was the High 2, Throb and Pulse, but again this still did nothing for me at all. I had to resort to using something else to finish off.

The button to press on is easy to reach depending on what hand you use to masturbate with. You could easily turn it on before you put it on your finger or you can push the button with your thumb, while it is on your finger. I used my pointer finger and it was convenient.

I have not used this in water yet and am not sure if I will because of how weak it is.

Since this is made of silicone. It is easy to clean you can use mild soap and water or some antibacterial toy cleaner. I have not had any lint or hair get on this toy, which is a good thing because I have loose hairs on my bed and I sat it down on the bed for about 10 minutes while doing something else.

This came with a cute little storage pouch, I have mine inside of my box still and in another box that I can reach it in if need be. Since I am packing and trying to get everything in order. So before I taped up the box this was in I decided I better get my review done on it. I have other toys in this box as well but they are all in their original boxes for now. If you were to store this with any other toys I suggest using the pouch that it came with and not let them touch any other toy or silicone toy.

Since this has a little hole for the charge port I would not suggest you put this in the dishwasher or to try to boil it. It may kill the motor on it. Even though it it small it is better to be safe then sorry.

The Pyxis comes in a box that has plastic on the outside that you have to take off. Once you get the plastic off you have a box you pull the top off and you have the cover and the box. When you open up the box there inside is the finger vibrator lying within a foam cut out. There are a bunch of different things all over the box.

The Pyxis also comes with a nylon scratchy black pouch for storage. You could use that or like I said earlier you can keep it in the box to store. Either way they both are cute. It also had a product information sheet with it and a one year warranty.

You could easily give this as a gift just take the top part off and wrap it up in your favorite paper or put it in a gift bag and present it to the person.
