First time G-spot tulip - g spot vibrator by Cal Exotics - review by Supervixen

The First Time G-spot Tulip came highly recommended to me by others in the Eden Fantasys community when I expressed a desire to search for my ever-elusive g-spot, and to do it on a budget. As seductive as the high-end Lelo products are (and one day, I do intend to treat myself to one or five of them), I was not patient enough to save up my EdenPoints for them. After months of probing myself with my fingers, and a disappointing encounter with my first g-spot toy (read my Butterfly Kiss vibrator review for the full breakdown of that fiasco), I was ready (read, EAGER) to try something new in my g-spot explorations. Enter the First Time G-Spot Tulip, and I think we have a winner.

This toy is a slender, velvety smooth vibrator with an angled tip that bulges out into its tulip shape. This shape is meant to specifically stimulate the g-spot. It comes in two pretty pastel colors, lavender and pink. I got the lavender one (there are enough pink toys out there on the market!) It is made of latex-free, phthalates-free, and hypo-allergenic plastic, which rates a satisfying seven on the 1-10 material safety scale. The velvety texture is very pleasant to the touch, unlike harder plastics that sometimes irritate my most sensitive areas. It has no noticeable scent to my nose.

It is waterproof, and is quite a nice accompaniment to a hot, relaxing bath. Cleaning it up is a cinch due to the smooth, non-porous material it is made of, though there is a noticeable crease that runs down the center of the toy; make sure to pay extra attention to cleaning that area to prevent bacteria and germs from building up in there. The crease isn't noticeable during use, which was initially a worry for me when I pulled it out of its packaging. On the contrary, the toy feels very smooth and sleek, and the vibrations are intense and exciting enough that I didn't need any lubrication beyond my own arousal to insert the toy.

While the First Time G-spot Tulip is great for g-spot and clitoral stimulation, I can't see it being used safely for anal stimulation because of the rigid shape, and the fact that it lacks a base. The vibration functions are controlled by dial at the base of the vibrator, and can go from 0-60 in no time. While I loved the highest setting, it is LOUD. I have read other reviews of this toy being a 2-3 on the sound scale, but in my experience, it's a 4 at the highest setting. I use it as a dildo when other people are in the house because I don't want to be overheard, which does the trick for me. Iif vibrations are essential, and so is discretion, be aware that this toy could be quieter.

The most important aspect of this, of course, is that it claims to be a g-spot toy for beginners. I cannot rave more about the success it has brought me in that department. The first time I used it I climaxed very intensely and thought, "ooh, that was nice!" The second time I used it though? I had to stifle myself from waking up my room mates in the next room over. I climaxed intensely, and the orgasm lasted noticeably longer than they usually do for me. When I got up to clean the toy, in a happy, afterglow daze, I noticed that I had gushed on the sheets beneath me. My goal is to learn to squirt, but the gushing mess this toy made me make was actually a mess I was happy to have made!

For women who have yet to find their g-spots, this toy is amazing. I had all but given up, thinking that I just didn't have one, but the First Time G-spot Tulip proved me wrong. I've never been so happy to be wrong in all of my life.

I still love this toy, and continue to explore my g-spot with it with great pleasure. I have noticed though, that perhaps because I live with two other people and this was one of my first vibrators, that it's not nearly as loud as I imagined it to be. Now that I am more comfortable with using vibrators without worrying that everyone can hear me, it definitely deserves to be rated about a 2 on the bee scale. Also, while the seam is mostly not noticeable, I have found that during enthusiastic thrusting, I do get a pinching sensation that I believe the seam is causing. Still, I love this toy and use it frequently. It's been my go-to vibe since I've gotten it, and remains my favorite in my modestly sized collection.
