Bad Girl Vibe is Just Bad

Although I find the design to be kind of cute and unique, I was overall just disappointed in the Bad Girl Vibe. I think for beginners it'll be a good starter toy, but I require stronger vibrations.

Use

This toy is a clitoral stimulator cleverly "disguised" as heart-shaped brass knuckles. This is designed as an "intermediate" level toy. However, it's simple enough that a beginner could easily use this. It is easy to hide and could be used anywhere.

Material / Texture

The first thing I noticed about the toy when I first pulled it out of the box was that it was kind of sticky to touch. It also had an odor, but it was nothing that was overwhelming. Upon use of the toy, I quickly discovered that the sticky texture of the item made for an unpleasant experience. It didn't glide smoothly over my clit, and at times, it was almost a little painful. I added a little lube and that helped somewhat, but I was disappointed nonetheless.

Design / Shape / Size

As I mentioned before, this toy is shaped like brass knuckles. The design of the toy is supposed to allow you to "wear" it like brass knuckles and pleasure yourself. I found the loop for which your hands are supposed to fit into to be quite small, and I don't have big hands. It's relatively small, so it's easy to hide and is good for someone who has just begun to get their feet wet.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The Bad Girl Vibe only has one vibrating function. It's located on the side of the "knuckle" and is easy to turn on and off. The vibrations are relatively strong and would be good for a beginner, but for someone like me that requires a little more pressure and a lot more vroom, it just wasn't enough. It isn't waterproof, and it's not very loud which is nice for discretion purposes.

Care and Maintenance

Because the material is kind of sticky, it's not the easiest thing to clean. I would recommend using toy wipes. I'll be sure to write a follow up review after I use the toy a little more as the stickiness might wear off after a couple uses.

I recently talked my boyfriend into trying this one out on me and I was still really disappointed in its weak vibrations ... and I still think the design is so silly.

    Good review, but I have to ask; why is a toy which is weak and difficult to clean "good for beginners?" Don't you think beginners need high quality toys that will do the job, not things that will make them think sex toys are not worth their time and money, causing them to give up on them before they know how good they CAN be? Also, many "beginners" actually do need toys with reliable, strong vibrations.
