Basic but Strong
All I can say is that it does its job. The name on this product does not lie and it does it well. It's basic, strong, and allows for multi-speeds. It does what it says.Published: June 13, 2011

The Multispeed Basic Vibrating bullet is what the name suggests, but I have to admit that it is a pretty strong bullet. The purple battery housing and controller connects to the silver bullet and packs a pretty good punch. For its intended use, my partner really loved the variable speed wheel on the controller where she could adjust how strong the vibrations were from this toy. The whole thing is made from plastic which is easy to clean with some soap and hot water.
Looking at it, I think that there could have been a better color other than purple to the controller of this toy, and I think that the silver look to the bullet is classic and looks good. The controller itself has a speed wheel that sticks out of the sides towards the top of the controller. The bullet is very smooth to the touch, as well as on the body, and made a fair amount of noise when at full power. Also to make note of, the batteries lasted for a fair amount of time in relation to how powerful this toy was. I would say it lasted to almost double of what I expected.
This toy works well as a stimulator during sex as well as teasing and foreplay. This also works very well with other toys since it is small and compact to begin with. I did use it while I was using other toys on my partner. She loved it, especially when she got the controller and got to control her pleasure while I used our other toys on her.
Overall I would say that it's always good to have a bullet around for some foreplay with your lover, and this bullet does its job and does it well. It is exactly what its name suggests and does it flawlessly. This is worth the money.

I have seen some people suggest vibrators/bullets for solo play for men. Not wanting to sound "dumb", but how does this pan out?

Ones like that one are used for teasing and or stimulating the balls, perineum or nipples. You can also put them in strokers for some extra fun, I love using an egg in my Fleshlights. I find they are great on the penis for foreplay as well, add some lube and 'stroke' the shaft till it's hard.
You just have to experiment and see what you like. -
My boyfriend likes it when I hold them to the base while I give him oral. :)

Often when I am using the bullet, it seems as though the cord rattles against the bullet and makes a lot of noise. I can't tell exactly what the noise is, but it's annoying and sometimes I can shift the bullet to quiet the noise and sometimes it persists. Does anyone else have this problem?

Its happened to me a couple times and it does make it much noisier than needed! haha, i guess you can't really do anything in that case, except for what you're already doing :( Sorry.

I haven't used any sleeves before on any of my toys, and I was wondering if anybody could give me an idea of what I could put on this bullet.
Will any sleeve out there do? Should I look for.. sizing? I feel like this baby is SO intensely strong, I'd get more solo-enjoyment with something to cushion the vibrations... -

The toy is purple because it's EdenFantasys-themed. I have this bullet and love it. I found the best way to make it virtually silent is to cover it with a pillow. This is only necessary when it's on high, though.
