Stefani's vivid dreams - traditional vibrator discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by Some stoner chick

After working in an adult novelty store for months, I decided it was time to get my first toy. It wasn't an easy decision to make between size, vibration strength, price, and color. Unfortunately, those are about the only things I took into consideration before buying it.


I had noticed the Vivid Dreams line by Doc Johnson seemed to be a popular line of toys, and chose Stefani. Stefani's Vivid Dreams wasn't bigger than my boyfriend, and the curves were enticing. This toy also wasn't pink or purple, and I was happy to see vibes that weren't so feminine.

At first, the vibrations seemed really strong turned all the way up, but now I have become accustomed to it making it an average vibrator. After I got home, I went to bed to play right away. I liked the way it teased my thighs as it crept closer and closer. As I slid the toy inside of me, I got excited feeling each curve. The sensation made me think of how it might feel if a man had more than one head. I have to say, it wasn't like anything I expected.


This toy is made of a jelly material that is relatively squishy. It's not too soft nor hard, but it's just right. The texture to the toy is nice and smooth. Unlike my other toy made by Doc Johnson, you don't feel the seams during thrusting. The material makes this vibe able to bend a little, so you can hit different spots with different angles.

Due to being a jelly material, this toy is porous and should be cleaned before and after every use with warm water and toy cleaner.


I bought this toy about a year ago, and it still works just like new. The Vivid Dreams line have turn dial controls that vary the speeds. The turn dial is slightly curved which actually makes it easier to keep a good grip on the toy while being able to adjust the speed. There is only one motor towards the head, but you still feel decent vibrations throughout the toy.

I wouldn't use this toy if you have children or room mates in the next room over though. I may just have thin walls, but when turned on high, I can hear this toy through a closed door. Luckily, if you do have this problem, using this toy in the shower is great! It is waterproof, and the running water covers the noise from the toy.
