The G-spot Tulip is a pretty basic toy, yet it gets its job done just fine. It can be used for clitoral stimulation or for its intended purpose as a G-Spot stimulator. You can also run it along your labia or your nipples. It could possibly be used over the anus, although I wouldn't recommend inserting the toy since there's no base and the toy can't be sanitized.

Although you could use the G-Spot Tulip with a partner, it's really more of a solo toy in my opinion since the handle is a little long and in the way.

Since this toy is waterproof, it can be used in the tub or in the shower, and to me that's a big plus. However, it probably shouldn't be used in a dorm or a shared living space because this toy gets VERY loud. As far as travel goes, this toy is fairly innocuous and could probably pass through security without raising any eyebrows. It might even pass as a back massager.

I absolutely love the texture of this toy. It's as smooth as velvet! It doesn't drag against your skin and it moves very smoothly, as opposed to some silicone toys or jelly. This toy has a simple design; it's long and thin but has a very wide, bulbous head that's tilted at an angle to reach your G-Spot, so if you have a deeper G-Spot, this toy can reach it. There's a long seam down the middle of the toy, but you can't feel it during use and it's easy to clean out, thankfully.

While the handle is thin, the head of the toy is a bit thick and takes a little effort to get it inside myself; it might cause discomfort for a beginner, so I would recommend this toy for somebody just a little more advanced. As much as I love this toy, I'm a little upset with how loud this thing is. Even with a blanket over me, this toy is way too loud. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who's concerned about others hearing it.

This toy is pretty easy to clean. All you have to do is wash it in some soap and water, but you can't sanitize it since it's plastic. I keep my Tulip in a toy bag where it's safe and dry. If you don't have a toy bag or a toy box, you could put it in a sock with your other socks, or you could keep it in its box if you're not worried about hiding it. Since this toy is plastic, it is compatible with silicone and water-based lubricants.

The packaging on this toy is a simple, plastic clamshell package with a little violet slip of paper that has a picture of a woman on it and the name of the toy. Since the paper lists the functions of this toy, it's not exactly discreet, but since the paper slides out you could just use the plastic case without the paper and recycle the paper. The clamshell case is also recyclable, which is a bonus.
