Bimini ocean - rabbit vibrator by Fun Factory - review by imp

As a teaser or for a beginner, it's a great wee toy. It's a mini vibe and that's exactly what it delivers with extra oompphh. As a foreplay toy, it's perfect. For anything else you will need to step it up. You can however use the shaft as a clitoral stimulator on it's own with reasonable success, depending on how much stimulation you need. I need lots, but this was pretty damn good. The power this vibe holds is good, very good.

The Bimini is made of the 'gentle touch" silicone. Soft, velvety smooth and a bit of give when you squish the vibe, yet firm. It's hypoallergenic, odorless and nonporous. The texture is fun to touch, smooth yet slightly squishy and feels divine on the skin. The base is a hard plastic but this part doesn't really connect with skin.

Being silicone means the Bimini really likes to collect lint bunnies so you will need to store this in a pouch of sorts or somewhere where lint bunnies do not reside.

The design of this toy has a curved wave like clitoral nub and another curved g-spot nub at the end. If you are anatomically correct for this toy, then it should work fine, but for me, it didn't. Moving it up and down provided some form of stimulation but to try and get the g-spot and the clit at the same time was a no-go. The size is typical of a mini vibe,it's hellishly powerful and that aspect did impress me. The length of the Bimini is a whole 5 1/2 inches, and an insertable length of 3 inches, diameter being 1 1/4 inches. For someone who doesn't need an enormous amount of stimulation then this wee vibe could be a lot of fun but for those seeking more intense overall vibrations then this is most definitely a teaser toy.

The functions on this toy are ingenious and I love them, simple to operate, they are built into the lower section of the shaft. Before using make sure you charge it fully. You will need the "FUN Magnetic Plug" that is compatible with all "Click n Charge" Fun Factory toys.

The vibrations travel throughout the whole toy evenly and strongly. There are absolutely no issues there.

To use there are two built in buttons at the base of the shaft at the back a 'plus' and a minus' symbol. The great thing here is if you want a wee bit of a boost in power you just hold your finger down on the plus sign once you have it one and high speed intensity boots in. Awesome!. It will run through a few different speeds (all impressive for the size) and after the standard vibrational speeds you hit three different pulse and vibe functions that are all fun to play with. It takes a little while to get used to all the speeds but once you have them sorted the fun begins!

It really is an easy toy to use. It is however a wee bit noisy on high speed and will be heard under bedcovers but not as bad behind a closed door. The battery life in this is very good, I have used it quite a few times already and have not had a need to charge it yet. You can charge it at any time without compromising the battery life or performance capabilities due to new technologies that vibe has. Operating time with a fully charged battery is one hour at maximum setting so there is a good range of playtime with this toy in one session.

The most awesome thing about the Bimini is it is totally, 100% waterproof which means as well as having fun in the shower and bath with this toy, for cleaning purposes you can immerse this baby in water and wash with warm water and a minimal amount of mild soap to clean or you can clean with a toy cleaner. It is silicone so please only use with water based lubricants.

This toy comes in some amazing packaging. A beautiful box with it's own little nicely formed space for the Bimini to sit with a clear window so you can see the toy and a wonderfully detailed pamphlet with every possible detail you need to know about using your new toy and how to care for it as well as very detailed charging instructions. The packaging? A 9/10. The only grip e I have is with a toy of this caliber is it has no storage pouch.

It's not a discreet package so it's not something for sitting on the coffee table for anyone to see but you can use it as a storage box until you find something more suitable.

Unless you have perfect anatomy suited to this toy it probably won't hit your sweet spots. BUT, it is still a wee toy that packs a punch. I kinda wish they made this in full size. If this was a full sized vibe then the power it packs could actually work out to be a fantastic toy. As it is, it's a mini vibe and that's exactly what it is. It is a tease but it doesn't finish the job for me.

The biggest thing that irks me with this toy is the fact that the battery is built in and when the rechargeable battery finally dies that's the end of the toy as it's built in and cannot be replaced. *insert sad face here*

I have used this toy a few times and it's a great little foreplay toy but it just doesn't cut the mustard for being a be all , end all vibe. If it was a bigger version it would rock! I do however totally endorse this little darling as a great toy for beginners who want a vibe with a bit of scope as far as vibrations and decent power (it has it) and something that's not too overpowering.
