The Pure Bliss is a pretty standard bullet vibrator, covered by a textured TPE sleeve. The sleeve is removable for easy clean up, and it is completely waterproof as long as the battery compartment is screwed on tight. It would make a great toy for beginners, as some might need more powerful vibrations than the Bliss can provide. It can be used as a couples toy, but it is probably more suited to solo play. The ticklers are great for nipple and clitoral stimulation.

The TPE sleeve has a slight rubber odor right out of the packaging, and has a unique two-texture design. The majority of the sleeve is covered in tiny bumps for stimulation, while the tip has three longer fingers. The "Flicker Tickler" that are great for nipple or clitoral stimulation. The sleeve is relatively stretchy, and is removable, making clean up pretty easy: antibacterial soap and water should be all you need. The TPE sleeve rates a 6 on the material scale, plays well with silicone - or water-based lubes, and is somewhat porous, so condoms are recommended if you plan on sharing.

This size is more suited to beginners, but it worked well for me too. I love the textured sleeve and the tickler, but the sleeve can be removed for stronger vibrations. The toy is pretty discreet - 3.5 inches long by 1.25 inches wide - I can hide it in my fist - so it would work well for travel.

The battery compartment is screw-on, which is watertight for bath play. The toy comes with a single size N battery, which won't be easy to replace, but so far the battery hasn't run out. The on/off button is at the bottom of the compartment, and has a single vibration setting.

The Pure Bliss is a single button, single speed vibrator, and is supposedly waterproof, although I haven't tested out that feature. The simple controls mean no fuss, but the single speed may not be enough for some users. I wound up taking off the sleeve for strong enough vibrations to finish.

The TPE is fairly easy to clean, but attracts dust, so make sure to clean it before and after using. It does come with an N battery, which I haven't run though yet, but it will be harder to replace than a standard AA or AAA. The toy came with no long-term storage, but I would recommend a baggie to keep it clean.

The Pure Bliss comes in a clamshell blister package, which makes the toy completely visible. There is no mistaking what this toy is meant to be used for. The packaging is not meant to use long term, and came with no instructions, although it really doesn't need any. Since the TPE is a dust magnet, I would suggest a plastic baggie or something else to keep it in to avoid it getting dirty.
