Butterfly climaxer - vibrator by Nasstoys - review by Savannah

The Butterfly Climaxer was my first rabbit-style toy and, unfortunately, it was not all that I hoped it to be. Ideally, it is supposed to provide orgasmic stimulation by penetrating your vagina with the large penis shaped portion that swirls around inside of you while the external butterfly flutters your clit to a ground shaking climax. If only it lived up to these enticing expectations. The butterfly is not angled correctly and misses the clit by a mile, greatly depreciating the purpose of this beautiful looking toy.

The material is soft and flexible. It might have had a slight odor to it, but nothing strong enough to make me not want to use it. It certainly wore off after use. The toy is penis shaped and there are beads running up the shaft that spin when the toy is turned on. I absolutely adore the beads; they feel amazing when the Butterfly Climaxer is inside of you. I would recommend that everyone try a toy with beads. It's a texture for beginners and advanced users alike.

The design of the Butterfly Climaxer is unfortunately pretty flawed in the clitoral vibrator portion of it. The butterfly is angled awkwardly, so it doesn't hit your clit the way it is supposed to. The vibrations are strong, which makes the lack of contact even more disappointing. Had the butterfly been able to make clitoral contact, it would be an excellent toy. On a higher note, the spinning beads in the shaft provide wonderful vaginal stimulation. I also enjoyed the way the swirling head felt. The Butterfly Climaxer is a bit larger than something I'd recommend for a beginner, although it's not too big. Anyone could handle it if they wanted to. I would be afraid to travel with it because the beaded section seems very delicate, and I wouldn't want to damage the best part of the toy.

The Butterfly Climaxer unfortunately does not function as well as it's supposed to. The vibrations are located in the butterfly and, because the butterfly fails to land on your clit, the potential of the vibrations is lost. I do love the spinning bead on the shaft of the toy. They feel phenomenal and have inspired me to find a toy with similar beads and a functional clitoral vibrator. The controls are generally pretty easy to use, although putting batteries in it was a trip for me. I initially thought the toy was broken because I didn't realize that it required an extra battery. It is a bit louder than I would like in a toy.

The Butterfly Climaxer isn't an extremely high maintenance toy. I wash it the same way that I wash all of my toys, warm water and sex toy cleaner. It is made of one of those materials that dust tends to stick to, so if you don't store it somewhere dust free, I would recommend giving it a quick rinse before use as well.
