I found it best to use it with a finger because strap that holds it in place causes discomfort to the underside of your tongue and slips off easy. The Tongue dinger is made of squishy silicone material that is non-porous. It is also hypoallergenic and can be used with or without lubes. This product is small so I don't recommend being inserted in the vagina or anus. It has a bumpy texture that enhances stimulation.

It was a little small so we only used it for nipple stimulation and a little clit play. The design is discreet and small enough to put it in your pocket and go. I think if the strap was adjustable it would be easier for the person to use in the mouth like it suppose to be.
