NaughtiBod - traditional vibrator discontinued by OhMiBod - review by zombiphile

I have been wanting this vibrator for the past year and finally decided to take the plunge and purchase it. I thought it was a great idea. I love masturbating while listening to music so this had to be perfect, right? Wrong. I ordered the Cherry Red (really, this is partially what sold me - I love red) and was immediately worried when I received this. The box was flimsy and not as nice as I thought it would be.

It wasn't sealed well and had come open during shipment. Opening the box I was surprised to see just how small this toy was. It's very, very small. I knew it was shorter than the original Ohmibod but still shorter than expected. The girth is very narrow. I think some girth is important. This feels just slightly bigger than a tampon, is light weight and seems like it would break if you dropped it. Maybe this would be a good vibrator for a virgin or beginner as far as size goes.

So size doesn't matter as long as it's got some good vibrations. Again I was disappointed. The vibrations are very weak even on a high setting. I thought it was broken at first. It says that 75% is the ideal volume in the instructions. I needed it at 90% just to feel it. I am very sensitive to vibrations and this was hardly noticeable. It's very weak and extremely loud. I don't have to worry about privacy because I'm in a single apartment but I think my neighbors can hear this. Though small, there is nothing discreet about the Naughtibod. The actual strength doesn't live up to the noise.

For songs, it's difficult to find any with good pulses and remote strength. I'd recommended testing songs with it and compiling a playlist of songs that kinda work. If you are feeling like listening to anything slow and sensual, you will not get vibrations. This vibrator only likes fast paced/heavy base music. It makes no adjustments and is very very limited. Almost none of the songs that work are something I would listen to while trying to get off.

The texture, I did like. The only quality thing about this vibrator. It's silky and smooth, cleans easily and has no odor. Be careful when cleaning because this vibrator has an opening for the headphones and is not waterproof. The color is gorgeous and the shaft has bumps which are alright but nothing special as far as stimulation goes.

On a side note, I do not like this vibe is not rechargeable. I think it would have been cool if there was a usb charge cord for this to add to the overall presentation. Plus it eats batteries fast and says not to use rechargeable batteries.

I feel this does not work well for vaginal or clitoral masturbation. Overall the Naughtibod does not have any real use other than novelty.
