Use

This tiny wand is best used for clitoral stimulation. It is not designed to be inserted or used anally...it just too small. The vibrations also feel great on the nipples. It can be used to tease any part of the body, giving a tingling sensation as it is run along the skin. Pair it with your favorite dildo or insertable vibrator to add to the fun. I used mine with the Love Bone, which was a great pairing.

Any level of toy user could find a place for the Baby Fairy. It's size is not intimidating for beginning users and it's stronger, buzzy vibrations and it's ease of use with other toys should make a more advanced user quite happy. It is small enough to be used for clitoral stimulation during oral play or sex, which will also provide your partner with some vibrating sensations.

Material / Texture

The body of the Baby Fairy is constructed from hard, smooth plastic. The head, which is s tad bit flexible, is smooth, rubbery and warms to the touch. There are a series of ridges around the head which add to the stimulation. I had troubles finding what material the head is made from. It feels a bit porous, though so use care when sharing. It does not drag on the skin and is comfortable to use. There was no adverse smell, taste or texture to the wand. The wand is hypo-allergenic, latex free and phthalates free.

Design / Shape / Size

The design of the Baby Fairy is what encouraged me to purchase it. Even with photos from other reviews and from the product page, I was still amazed at how tiny it really is. It is only 2 and 7/8 inches in length, with the head measuring a fraction of that at 7/8 inches wide and 3/4 inches high. This makes it very discreet and perfect for traveling. Be sure to keep it in it's clam shell case for travel, though, so you can keep track of the charging cord and prevent the wand from turning on by accident. This wand is a fun, whimsical addition to any users collection, from beginner to advanced.

Functions / Performance / Controls

A slider switch on the front of the Baby Fairy turns it on and off. There is only one speed, which some may find to be a drawback. However, the one speed available is quite powerful for a toy of such a small size. This type of control is very convenient and makes the wand very easy to turn off quickly if needed. The vibrations can be felt throughout the wand, and are most intense in the slightly flexible head. As mentioned the vibrations are on the buzzy side, and not deep and rumbly. They are more for a quicky style play session in my opinion. The Baby Fairy does produce more noise than I anticipated. It is not so much that could be heard through a closed door, but someone in the same room could easily be able to hear it. The noise level could be muffled by a low playing television or radio. Since the charging port is exposed, the Baby Fairy is not waterproof, so reserve use for dry land.

My Baby Fairy was charged when it arrived, and I used it three times so far and the charge is still strong. When the charge dies, simply use the included USB charger to power it up via your laptop or desktop computer. You know you are charging when you see a red indicator light. Don't want to wait the hour and half-ish it takes to fully charge? No problem! The Baby Fairy can be used while it's plugged in.

Care and Maintenance

This tiny little treasure is very easy to care for. Wash the head of the wand with soap and water or toy cleaner, making sure to get in the little ridges. Take care not to get any water in the charging port, though. If using soap and water makes you nervous, use a toy wipe or washcloth for cleaning it instead. Either will give you more control and ensure that the charging port stays dry. Also, because of the open charging port, the wand cannot be sterilized for sharing, so use care when playing with others. It's so affordable, though, that everyone could get one!

Feel free to use either a silicone or water based lubricant with it. If you use the Baby Fairy in conjunction with other toys, make sure the lubricant selected is compatible with the other toys as well. I wouldn't suggest more than a drop or two, though, as you don't want any to get into the charging port and gunk it up or damage it. I found that lubricant was not necessary.

Packaging

The Baby Fairy comes in a compact plastic clam shell. The packaging does not feature any writing in English, other than the name of the product, "Designed in Japan" and "Made in China." The maker's website (mediacraft-inc.com) is also printed on the card inside of the package. Although the website address is in English, the website itself is not, so you will find more information on the collection through reviews here on Eden Fantasys. I keep my Baby Fairy, along with the charging cord, which is unique to the toy, stored in the clam shell. It is compact and will not take up much room in a drawer or toy box. It will keep the wand and cord protected and clean between uses. I think the Baby Fairy would make a cute gift for a toy loving girl.

Personal comments

I love that the Baby Fairy comes with a little pink lanyard for using as a cell phone charm or other decoration. I don't know that I would have the moxie to use it that way, but it is a great idea. I would also be afraid of it getting icky and dirty being exposed all the time.

***Edit*** I forgot to add my Boyfriend's reaction to the Baby Fairy. He is out of town working and I sent him a photo of the wand to show him how tiny and cute it is. He texted me back and said: "Awwww...it looks like EVE from Wally!" Yesssss, yesssss it does! Well played, sir...well played!

Experience

I was super excited to try this little beauty. It's intense vibrations excited me quickly and did not disappoint. It was a great introduction to the Fairy Wand Collection.
Follow-up commentary
I have used my Baby Fairy numerous times since my initial review. It never fails to deliver for me, and I often go to it if I find I am not getting satisfaction from what I am using. I love it and am sure I will for a long time to come (pun maybe intended...).

First off, I want to say thank you for the review. It was really helpful in assisting me to decided if I want to switch over to chargeable toys, as apposed to battery run ones. I'm still on the fence, but I think I'm leaning more towards chargeable.

Seconds of all. I love the pictures the other members put up. Especially the one of the women glowing. haha, priceless.
