The Climax Flicker uses one simple protrusion to take the egg vibe to a whole new level!

Let me start out by saying that I’m a big fan of bullet and egg vibes with hand-held, corded remote controls (cordless just don’t usually pack enough punch for me). I got the Climax Flicker simply because it looked slightly unusual, thanks to the long, thin tendril protruding from the top of the egg. I thought this might make a little bit of a difference in the intensity of stimulation, but boy was I wrong! It made a HUGE difference in the level of pleasure I got from this toy.

The battery pack/controller is made from a hard plastic, as is the bullet. The bullet, however, is coated in a jelly coating with a long, very thin tendril coming out of the top. This tendril makes all the difference in the world in terms of stimulation, both internal and external! The vibe runs on 2 AA batteries, which provide a surprising amount of power. The jelly coating makes the bullet soft on your sensitive areas, and boy does that little tendril get a workout! That thing whips around like there’s no tomorrow, providing an almost unbelievable amount of extra sensation, considering how small and seemingly insignificant it is!

The remote features several variations of pulsation and escalation, but personally I found them all unnecessary for my purposes. I was most satisfied by the Climax Flicker when I just set it on top speed and let it do its thing!

The vibe is a bit noisy at its highest setting, but not overly so. I don’t think you have to worry about waking up the neighbors with this one, though you may want to use some discretion if you live with roommates or children. All in all, I really can’t find much to criticize about the Climax Flicker. It takes one of the most basic vibrator designs, the egg, and makes it into a whole new experience. For the price, I recommend not passing this one up!
