Colette let me down
When I got this I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, not much impressed me about it over-all. From the unpleasantness of the curve to the piddly vibrations to the fact that it's not actually waterproof, I'm less than dazzled by the Couture Collection Colette. If you're looking for a strong but quiet vibe, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.Published: January 21, 2012

not waterproof, low vibrations, difficult battery compartment

I still honestly don't like this at all. I tried to use it a couple more times and it showed me yet another downside to it; it's a battery-guzzler. That's right; after one or two uses, you'll be out of juice. This, combined with the weak vibrations is overwhelmingly bad for the price. If it had better features, like stronger motors and AA batteries instead of AAA, then it might be fine - but for its pricerange, it's just not worth it.

I have a friend interested in this toy. Seems to have limited reviewing. The video was informative. The toy sounds quiet (which is definitely a plus). I wonder how this is on battery wear. To bad it isn't rechargeable. Would appreciate more reviews from those with knowledge.

I have it but have only used it once because I have other things I'm testing that have taken priority. It's not as strong as I had hoped but is fairly strong if that's any help. I don't have any idea about the battery life since I haven't used it enough to say. It's not super loud but not the most quiet either.

I was kinda wondering how this toy responds when the batteries are less then full charge.

Great review. I'm so sorry to hear this didn't work for you. I thought it looked really great, and someone else gave it a 5 vroom rating. But if it's not that strong, and not really waterproof, then it's just not worth it to me.

I wish I had seen your review before I ordered mine. I read the 5 vroom review and this toy shot straight up my wishlist. Well, once I get mine, I'll try it and see what I think. Now I don't hold out very high hopes though. I'll chalk it all up to a learning experience either way!
Although I love the way it looks I hate that it's not waterproof and that the vibrations are really low.
