Posh is first and foremost a great clitoral vibrator. The smooth coating of TPR silicone and tapered head help it glide against you while it is easily controlled with the concealed button on the base. It will also serve you well, if you like, as a toy for vaginal penetration. I've found this works best if you only insert the first inch or two of the toy and let the vibrations work their magic on the ultra-sensitive nerve laden opening. You may also want to try this to massage the perineum on a man or around the nipples. This toy's size and shape make it highly illogical for use as a g-spot toy and is definitely not recommended for anal use as it has no flared base.

I personally have used this toy mainly as a clit toy, occasionally as a vaginal toy, and also around my nipples. It has 2 speeds, controlled by the button on the bottom, and I prefer the higher of the two. It is strong for its size and vibrates evenly and smoothly while still fairly quiet and discreet. To put it in perspective, I turned this toy on and held a pillow over it and it could no longer be heard. And although it might not be as strong as a larger or more driven vibrator, it is strong enough to bring me to orgasm, but it takes a few minutes. It's not the kind of toy to use for super quick right-away or body shaking orgasms but if you have ten minutes and wish to be fairly discreet, this is a great choice.

I haven't had the opportunity to use it on anyone but myself. I have, however, taken this toy into the shower and had absolutely no issues with water getting inside the toy. I use this toy with Maximus lube but anything water-based will do just fine. Do not use this toy with silicone lubes because it is coated in TPR silicone and could damage your toy!

To add a little interest to its smooth tapered 5 1/2" body, this toy has an oval with a circle in the middle on one side of the head, as you will see in the picture. I have found no real benefit to this spot, but don't find it to be a bother either as the material is soft enough that it doesn't cause any discomfort.

The packaging was fairly nondescript and was not worth saving for storage so I tossed it after I made sure the toy worked. It actually only takes 1 AA battery which surprised me, and it holds battery life longer than I would expect for a toy of this size. The only real surprise I got with this toy was the color. I chose it in yellow, and the picture shows a warm, lemon yellow toy. This is somewhat deceptive because the toy is BRIGHT NEON YELLOW. This is no issue to me though, and I'm not sure what the differences in color between the photo and the other available choices would be like.

Just to go over the technical specs, this toy is, as stated, waterproof and tested well in water situations. It is TPR silicone which is not as safe as medical grade silicone, and cannot be boiled. I clean mine with antibacterial soap and water and store it in a toy bag to keep it free from lint and other fuzzies.
