The High speed is quite impressive for a small bullet and feels amazing when pressure is applied to the clitoris. It also tickles the outside lips of the vagina, it tickles so good it pleases! The fourth setting is the "tease modes" and it starts out great with strong pulsations, but then it just disappointed me. At first I thought it was broken or faulty until I read the back and saw it said "modes". After pulsations it just kind of goes wacky in my opinion. It feels kind of like the batteries are running low or the vibe is shorting out until it stops for a second, then starts out at a barely noticeable vibration and increases from there. It does a couple more of these strange patterns, then starts pulsating again. I personally would have just been satisfied with the pulsating only.
