This is predominantly a clitoral stimulator, but I've also found that it's great for tickling other external sensitive areas (for example, the nipples or neck if those are trigger spots for you). However, due to its size and lack of flared base, internal use is not something I would recommend.

The dolphin is made of a jelly material. The bullet is mostly plastic, while the battery contacts inside are obviously made of metal. The bullet fits snugly inside the dolphin sleeve. Neither piece has a strong or even noticeable scent.

The sleeve is a cute little dolphin. The whole thing (with the bullet inserted) is about the combined length of my thumb and nail. It is not very big, so without the package it would fit inside a small purse with no problem. Heck, I could probably have it in a pants pocket and it wouldn't be any more noticeable than a tube of ChapStick. However, given the jelly material, lint would probably be an issue if it were stuffed into a pocket.

The controls are really simple: it's a button on the end of the bullet. There is one speed and, thankfully, you actually have to push the button to switch it on or off. So bumping it accidentally during use won't turn it off.

This toy is waterproof, which makes cleaning a breeze. I wash each piece separately, both in hot water and soap or with toy cleaner--whichever I happen to have on hand at the time. I prefer to air dry the pieces, mostly because towels tend to leave lint behind. To protect it when not in use, as with all my other toys I store it in the original package. I also take out the batteries and leave those in the package as well. I think that it extends the battery life at least a little; also, if I forget about it for a while, the batteries won't explode inside the bullet.

The packaging is plastic, which is great for use as storage for the toy.
