In all honesty, when Tantus's Little Secret line came out, I was amazed at the price--how could something so tiny cost so much? However, as a faithful Tantus customer, I knew there was something more; and boy, was I right!

Little Secret Whisper is an extremely powerful bullet with a luscious (and very pleasing to the eye) purple silicone sleeve. It's definitely designed as a clitoral stimulator, but it is fantastic for any of your (or your lover's) favorite spots and could probably offer some pretty teasing penetration. However, it's not suitable for anal penetration as the base is not nearly flared enough. Whisper is a champion at female solo play, and its size also makes it the perfect candidate to be used during sex and foreplay.

One of the main reasons Tantus rises to the top of my list is their preference for only the best quality silicone . . . and it's no different with Whisper's fancy sleeve! Not only is it completely body safe and able to be sterilized, it has only a very, very slight smell when held up to one's nose and has absolutely no taste.

The sleeve makes the bullet feel soft, squishy, and supple, and it has a slick finish. The smoothness of the silicone causes a good bit of drag; in my opinion, with a little bit of water-based lube, it's the perfect amount. The texture is sure to please the beginner as well as the advanced user.

Whisper is a silver bullet with an included LR1 battery inside, a screw-off bottom, and a happy little button on the bottom for easy on-off access.

The design of Whisper definitely surprised me. I was expecting to enjoy using it angled on its side, but after some experimentation, I found that I really loved how the tip felt when pressed just above my clit.

Clocking in at around four inches long and one inch in diameter, this little quasi-torpedo's design was clearly given some careful consideration by our lovely friends at Tantus. With just the right amount of give for its shape and the perfect amount of vibration, Whisper has quickly won both a place in my heart and at the top of my toy box.

It's pretty discreet, given its small size, but it would probably be recognizable as an adult toy right off the bat. Whisper is seriously travel friendly. It's small enough to ride along in your purse, and the noise is possibly undetectable in a crowded room--naughty!

The bullet inside the sleeve is truly a fantastic piece. Many bullets will claim "intensity," but clearly, they haven't met this one! This blows many, many bullets clear out of the water in intensity and is considerably very quiet. When I'm in a situation where noise needs to be a consideration, this is virtually the only vibrating toy I'll use.

The button on the bottom is easy to find and easy to activate, and I've never turned it off or on by accident. It takes a firm push to turn it on or off, so you have to mean it to activate it--which is a good thing! I love when toys do what I want them to do.

The bullet seemed slightly stronger out of the sleeve but not considerably, and that's to be expected. All in all, Tantus has made sure that fantastic vibrations are delivered, even through moderately thick silicone.

Because Whisper is made of silicone, select a lube that is water or oil based. You can clean this little guy either with your favorite toy cleaner or with mild soap and warm water, or you can remove the sleeve and boil it. I've found it to be somewhat of a dust magnet, so storing Whisper in its own plastic baggie or lint-free bag is your best bet.

For your safety and the longevity of your toy, clean Whisper before and after each use.
