The only problem we had with this product was getting the batteries in. You have to really be brave and twist that cap until you think it is going to break the plastic to get in. But once you do get the batteries in, the Double Clit Lick Massager is a lot of power in a tiny package! The vibrator is very powerful, much more powerful than you expect it to be from its size.

The adjustable ring is not quite as 'adjustable' as one might like, it will pinch a larger finger. But you don't have to put it on a finger to use this massager to its full advantage. It is easy to hold in place, and the nubs on the sleeve feel wonderful. I did try this massager with the sleeve off, but it didn't feel as good to me. The hard plastic bullet was just not as comfortable to the touch as it was with the sleeve on.

My husband and I used the Double Clit Lick Massager both in foreplay, and during sex. I held it onto my clit while we made love and it helped me to a great orgasm. He likes the feel of the vibrations during sex as well.

I will say that I did not get a real feel for the difference between the two different points on the sleeve, they seemed the same to me. But they felt really good, and that is the point to any vibrating toy! This massager is petite, has a strong vibration for its size, and feels nice to the touch. It comes with batteries (four: two for use and two for backup, which is nice). It is easy to use and clean. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a discreet personal massager.
