The E-sensual bullet from Cal Exotics is a strong USB-powered bullet that's best used for solo clitoral stimulation. It could be incorporated into couples play while watching erotic stimulations of choice on a laptop, but not the best choice during intercourse as you're tethered to the USB port. This toy is not suitable for vaginal or anal use due to the thin cord and inability to totally clean it where the cord meets the bullet.

This is a great toy if you're tied to your computer, often watch porn on it, or just think your bed is actually a desk and it's inexorably going to be there anyway.

The E-sensual bullet is made out of food-grade plastics and is latex and phthalates free. Both the bullet and the control switch have a very nice velvety finish that is free of uncomfortable drag and doesn't necessitate lubrication. The bullet is a nice weight and is solid and rigid with no "squish" to it.

The bullet has a seam around its middle, but it isn't bothersome, feels tight and secure, and I cannot feel it during use, although more sensitive users should note it's not completely smooth in that area.

The cord is a trade-off, on one hand it's light and easy to maneuver and doesn't get in the way, but it's also a bit thin and I would be careful not to tug on it.

The bullet has basically no odor, if I hold it right up to my nose I can sometimes get a whiff of a new, clean plastic smell, but it's barely there and you certainly can't smell it unless you're practically putting it up your nose!

The E-sensual bullet is a slightly large and slightly rounded classic bullet, the thing about it that makes it special is that its cord does not plug into a battery-powered control-box, but into a computer's USB port.

The bullet is about 2.5 inches long and 1 inch wide around the middle, tapering slightly.



The control system is of similar size, except a "flattened" shape, and is located about 8.5" from the bullet. The cord is about 34" long after the control piece, and so about 45" total. It's a good enough length to use if sitting at a desktop computer or in bed with a laptop.

The toy is absolutely great for travel if you're going to have a computer with you. If it's not plugged into a USB port, it is not going to turn on and as long as your computer has power, it's never going to run out of juice on you. To prevent the cord from becoming tangled, you'd need to pop it in a toy bag, plastic baggie, or sock - which is also a decent way to store it at home so the cord doesn't get too knotted.

The E-sensual bullet is controlled by an oval control piece 8.5" down the cord from it, with two arrow buttons, one pointing to the toy and one away. The button pointing away or "up" controls the intensity and functions; after plugging it in to a USB port one press of the button will turn it on to its lowest level. The down button does not scroll through the patterns, but is an automatic off, which could be useful to some considering the nature of the product.

The first three functions are varying levels of straight vibration. This toy is actually impressively powerful. The first level is moderate, the second is already very strong - holding this toy side by side with my MiMi, the second level of this toy was actually slightly stronger already. The third level is very strong and I'm definitely impressed! Wow! The vibrations are neither terribly rumbly or buzzy, but the vibrations penetrate very well. After the straight vibration, the first pattern is two pulses followed by a longer one, then continuous fast pulses, then a quick pulse that I can only describe as "panting", then an escalating vibration, then back to the start without turning off.

I appreciated that the buttons on the control piece are very responsive and easy to press. You can cycle through four functions without having to actually stop at any of them to get to the one you want.

The bullet never has you install anything, and as far as I can tell it's only drawing power, my computer doesn't seem to take note that it's there.

This toy is pretty quiet, but not as quiet as some. It tends to get a little louder and rattlier if not held just right. I can still hear a bit of a buzz outside of the covers or if I put a pillow over my lap, but it's not "noisy" and wouldn't be heard through a closed door or if you played a bit of music.

The E-sensual bullet is definitely not waterproof and chances are neither is your computer, anyway. Strictly for dry-land computer fun time.

Theoretically, the E-sensual bullet can be used with water-based, oil or silicone lubricant, but I would be very light with the lubricant or none at all - it's impossible to clean where the cord connects to the bullet, the hole is not sealed entirely around the cord and you don't want to get anything liquid-y in there.

I haven't had a problem with this, but it's probably best to keep it in the clitoral area and not let it take an adventure deeper into the vulva.

I wouldn't hold it under running water, so your best methods of cleaning are toy wipes, isopropyl alcohol on a cotton ball, or carefully using a damp cloth to clean it off with a small amount of soap and water. Just make sure you get all the cleaning fluid off when you're done if you're using anything that would burn or feel harsh during your next use!

I store mine loose right now, but it would be better off in a bag of some kind, even just a plastic bag or sock. It doesn't take up much space and is rather discreet if one doesn't get a good look at the bullet.

The packaging for the E-sensual bullet is a fairly minimal clear plastic clamshell. There aren't any naked ladies on the box, but it clearly states what the product is and I wouldn't call it discreet. It opens right up via a flap at the top and a plastic cradle slides out with the bullet and cord neatly arranged.



You could keep the bullet in the box without the cradle, but it's not really any good for storage and takes up a bit more space than necessary if you were to keep it that way.

If you're tied to your computer and tend to have some play time at it, this is a powerful bullet to add some extra stimulation.

I was quite impressed with how strong this bullet is, it's not as wonderfully rumbly as my MiMi or Tango, but the USB power pushes it past them in raw intensity and is certainly enough for me to finish easily. The cord was long enough for me to lie down either facing the computer or with my feet near it, and was certainly good for use while sitting.

As someone who uses a laptop in bed, anyway, this product is great - the potential power-source is never far and always ready. I never have to worry about having it charged or finding batteries.

I highly recommend if you want a strong companion for play time at the computer.
