Eilium by Feelztoys

I must start by saying that I really enjoyed this toy. I have never had a bullet vibrator before and this is not only a great indoctrination into the discreet toy, it is a thing of beauty in itself. Its shape is appealing and highly sensual. It looks like a budding flower or a raindrop. It’s as if this little toy has a great big secret to share with you! The silicone this toy is made from is so soft! It truly felt like velvet against my skin! The almost powdery feel was a surprise at first, but it only served to enhance my overall experience.

This toy is great for all types of play because the size is not only un-intimidating, it is also very discreet. However, it was much louder then I expected for its size. I give it 3 bees out of 5. It was barely audible with the covers pulled over me. I think though that overall it wasn’t really TOO loud, just much louder then I expected. This toy also seems very powerful for its size, but it is definitely not overwhelming. I would still give it 3 vrooms out of five, because although it packs a punch, I did not feel that it would be too strong for the more sensitive partner. The tip of the bullet is also very pliable, allowing for great control to this toy.

Although beautiful, this toy does have a few flaws. First, the box claims that the bullet can be “removed from the sleeve for easy cleaning.” This could be viewed as a good thing if I could have actually gotten the bullet out of the sleeve. I felt as though the soft silicone casing was going to rip if I tried to take it off. It is very easy to wash without removing the sleeve however so this may be more of an issue with the wording on the box then with the toy itself.

Truly the only other thing I can complain about is the toy’s handle: if it’s there, I’d like to be able to use it! I’m a bit torn on this point because although this toy is very beautiful and sensually designed, I felt that I would have benefited from a ridged handle. It is a bullet, however, so traditional style would make a more ridged handle seem out of place. Perhaps the same visually stimulating effect would have been achieved if the handle was shorter, but solve my problem of expecting it to be more useful. I mean, if it’s just for aesthetic purposes, fine, but it seems to have a deeper purpose… I just can’t tell what it is!

Barring these few inconveniences, this bullet really does serve its purpose. It is small and discreet, but surely packs a lot of power. The beautiful design was almost enough to get me off without even using the toy and, once I did – I was in heaven! Overall, I give this toy 4 out of 5 stars. It is great for those experienced with the bullet design and those new to it as well!

This review seems to generate lots of questions so I wanted to add a follow up to repost my responses and to further divulge my experiments with this toy...

The handle is more for decoration it seems. I think I would have appreciated a more rigid handle but if you don't mind holding onto the bullet itself it works fine. I used it both internally and externally. It was very powerful for its size, and I was able to orgasm using it both ways. I think it would be noticeable if used in public, as I said it was much louder then I expected. The batteries seem to be lasting well, I haven't yet had to replace them. I still have not been able to get the bullet out of the sleeve. Since it's silicone, remember to use water-based lube if you do try to remove it that way...
