I can't really find anything wrong with this toy. It's a great go to item; it does its job, and does it well.

Use

This toy is definitely my new favorite clitoral vibrator. After a rather disappointing experience with the Oui, I was eager to try out a vibe with a little more oomph. Well, the FingO Glow Mini Massager did not disappoint. It's made for clitoral stimulation, but it can also be used quite easily to stimulate you or your partner's nipples, anal area, or vaginal opening. Even though it's a finger vibe and seems firmly attached to your finger, it's still not safe to insert it into any orifices.

The FingOs all have different textures. The one that I received has ridges; one of the others has nubs, and the last has little fingers. The waves aren't very noticeable during use, but that does not by any means take away from the toy.

The FingO works well on it's own, or with a g-spot vibe. It's great for solo play or for use with a partner!

Material / Texture

The sleeve of the FingO vibe is made from TPR silicone, which is in my top two favorite materials of all time. It's stretchy and has some give to it, sort of like jelly, but you have none of the hygiene issues or stickiness that comes along with jelly. It's plenty stretchy enough for you to get your finger on there, and is firm in it's grip, but not painful at all.

Someone more advanced may not like that the texture sort of gets lost during use, at least in my experience with the wavy texture. The red waves seem like the middle-of-the-road texture offering. The purple nubs being the least textured and the blue "fingers" being the most textured. It might be good for someone who is a beginner to texture.

Design / Shape / Size

I loved the design of this finger vibe. It really is totally ergonomic. There's a little scoop on the back side of the vibe where your finger goes, keeping it secure during play. It's also a lot thicker than I was expecting a finger vibe to be. It's an inch in diameter, roughly about twice the width of my finger. However, it's not bulky or difficult to maneuver.

The vibe seems to have a bit of a bulbous head, which I wasn't too sure about the use for. It adds some extra material between you and the bullet vibe inside, dulling the sensation a bit, so that could be an option for people who find this vibe a bit too strong. The bullet vibe slides easily in and out of the sleeve due to the stretch that the TPR silicone provides.

This toy is generally easy to hide because of the size of it and it could easily be thrown into a bag or suitcase. However, it's a tad obvious as to what it is. There's no lock or cover to keep it from accidentally turning on, meaning that you have to take out the batteries (and keep track of the darn watch batteries) if you're packing it in luggage.

Functions / Performance / Controls

This toy is fantastic. I like/need a lot of vibrations, and this provides it. It has one single button on the bottom that is easy to press on and off. However, as mentioned before, there is nothing to protect it from accidentally turning off and on. It's about exactly as my Blackberry's vibration; it can be heard under a comforter, but not through a closed door.

The vibe features a bullet that fits through the length of the sleeve, which causes it to provide steady vibrations throughout the toy. This is great because you can use it really however you want. You don't have to worry about it having to be used at a certain angle, or on a certain part of the toy.

AND, this is the first waterproof toy that I have ever actually had the courage to test its waterproof-ness! The bullet has a ring around the seam where the end comes off to insert a battery. It looked convincing enough to me, so I held it under water in the sink and turned it on. No shocks! And I didn't break it! Victory! So yes, this vibe is actually shower friendly.

The one thing that I don't really understand about this toy is...why on earth does it have an LED at the end of it? I guess if you were playing in the absolute dark it might be kind of fun, but my boyfriend and I aren't really in-the-dark people. When we're not "playing" I just run around with it on my finger pretending to be a vibrating ET and tickling my boyfriend with it. The LED seems as if it would drain the battery more quickly than if it didn't have it. I've noticed the batteries diminishing in power, but they haven't died yet, and I use this toy on a pretty regular basis. I guess it's just an odd novelty to the toy.

Care and Maintenance

This vibe comes with no sort of storage case so it need to be put in a box or drawer. I wouldn't recommend leaving it out because even though it is silicone, it is slightly sticky so it will attract dust and hair. Not as badly as a jelly toy but enough that it can be inconvenient.

It's very easy to clean as with all silicone. The sleeve can be sanitized with a 10% bleach solution, but for regular after-use cleaning soap and water does fine. The bullet easily comes out of the sleeve and can be rinsed off as well. Because of the size of the sleeve, I wouldn't recommend putting it in the dishwasher. Who knows where it would end up.

Also, as with all silicone, you only want to use this with a water based lube if you're using any. I've found lube isn't particularly necessary with this toy but it helps.
Follow-up commentary
This toy is still fantastic. It's gotten a good amount of use, but I feel that the batteries are starting to slowly lose power. It just doesn't seem to get me off as quickly as it once did. I blame the LED light, which, while fun, hasn't prompted me to play with it under the covers. And since they're watch batteries I haven't bothered to go out and get new ones yet.

Miss Nessa, it's really not. It's a lot more forgiving of a material than it looks.
