Everyone Deserves A Rose!!!

Use

The Rosebud is a great vibrator for any user. Due to it's 1 1/ inch diameter, it can be used for vaginal or anal insertion. When used by a woman for vaginal insertion, the butterfly stimulates the clitoris with a pleasurable vibration that will blow your mind. When used by a woman for anal insertion, the butterfly is located it stimulate the vaginal area. If used by a man for anal insertion, the butterfly caressed the testicles gently without irritation.

Material / Texture

The Rosebud is made of an extremely soft, silky, natural feeling silicone. I feel like the silky texture aids in smooth insertion, with or without lubrication, and it also increased my stimulation over other toys because it didn't seem like I was using a toy, it is more like the real thing. I could not detect any smell to the silicone and did not taste it. I think the natural feel of the Rosebud would make it suitable and pleasurable for either the novice or advanced user.

Design / Shape / Size

I like the design of the Rosebud. The butterfly is located perfectly for just enough of the teasing stimulation that will bring anyone to an explosive orgasm. It worked exactly as it was supposed to and achieved all that I had anticipated. At first I was a little leery of the expanded shape towards the end of the shaft, but I felt that was a plus when inserted and used with the rotation mode. The size would be suitable for either beginner or advanced users. It has a smooth texture with no ridges or dramatic changes in shape. This toy would be easy to hide for the most part unless you were planning on carrying it in your purse, then you would have to carry a larger purse!!! It would be suitable for travel unless you were sharing a room with someone that wasn't open minded and would be offended by your use of a toy.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The Rosebud's performance is remarkable. The location of the controls makes them easy to access and adjust. The fact that the controls are incorporated in the actual toy is a big plus because you don't have to worry about working around any wires leading to controls. I also think that the dual, smoothy adjustable slider controls are pretty neat in that they allow to you chose the vibration you want and the intensity of each vibration for an extremely wide variety of effects. The right side control turns on the vibration to the entire toy and can be adjusted from gentle to strong. The left control gives a little more vibration to the toy as well as a circular motion to the tip of the shaft which is also adjustable from gentle to strong. The range of combinations is endless! You can hear the Rosebud when you use it but I don't feel that it produces a particularly distracting noise. As can be expected, the noise increases as you increase the intensity of the vibrations. This toy is not waterproof.

Care and Maintenance

The rosebud is very easy to take care of. I wash this toy with a washcloth, gentle soap (I use Ivory) and water taking special care not to submerse the toy or allow any water to get into the control area. You can also use a 10% bleach solution to clean this. Since this toy is not waterproof, any water that gets into the control area will ruin it. Once it is completely dry, I return it to it's original box to keep it clean between uses. I would not recommend any lubes other than water based because anything else might be detrimental to the silicone.

Packaging

The Rosebud came in a sturdy, clear plastic box. The instructions that came with it very thoroughly cover the use and care of it. The box can be used at a gift box and I do use it for storage.

Vibrations are small, rapid movements caused by the electric charge that is transmitted from the batteries to the small motor inside the toy. There are two individual controls that determine the strength of those rapid movements. The control on the right, when slid upwards a small bit, produces vibrations to the shaft and the "butterfly" part of the toy (the small figure protruding up and out from the base of the shaft.). When you slide that control further upwards, the vibrations increase the further you slide the control, they become more noticeable and increase in intensity. The majority of the vibrations produced by this control are transmitted to the tiny little ridges on the underside of the butterfly, it's wing-line protrusions on it's sides, and the tiny little antenna like protrusions on the top of the butterfly as well as to the knoblike shape on the end of the shaft of the toy, but they are definitely stronger (or more noticeable) in the butterfly. Now, as to what these vibrations would stimulate would depend on how you are using the toy, but they produce a light, almost tickling sensation that is very pleasurable indeed.
Then if you would like, you can move the left control upwards. This produces a circular motion in the shaft, mostly in the knob on the tip. I could not notice any change in the butterfly with the added use of the left hand knob.

Nice that you commented on your vibrations but it was a bit wordy. Most folks want to know how strong they are, where they're focused and whether they're deep or buzzy. I think you included all that but most people aren't going to read a comment that long. Sometimes succinct is best.
