Rechargeable jack rabbit - rabbit vibrator by Cal Exotics - review by Waterfall

The Rechargeable Jack Rabbit is a dual stimulator or rabbit style vibrator. What sets this one apart from some of the others is that it is rechargeable. I have started to HATE having to buy batteries, so I was excited to find a rabbit that didn't require 4 AA or AAAs. This rabbit is a lot of fun for internal stimulation from the rotating shaft and external stimulation from the vibrating bunny ears. All of these things combined make this one fun bunny.

I haven't had a jelly toy in a long time and right out of the box I was not impressed. I don't mind smells, which this one has, but it was sticky and slightly wet as if the jelly had melted slightly. I washed it as soon as I got it out of the package and that seemed to take care of the problem. I will definitely be storing this one in a cool, dark place (my closet) to prevent any more issues like this in the future because I like this one.

Jelly is soft and squishy, so the head is easily inserted and feels comfortable as the shaft rotates. Another downside to Jelly (besides the smell and the sticky issue I had when I got it) is that it is porous and not high up on the list of safe toy materials. It can harbor bacteria in the material, so you should use a condom if you plan on sharing or to avoid germs.

This rabbit is pretty smooth, except for some texture in the form of a face on the underside of the head and the ridge on the head. I couldn't feel the face on the back of the head and the ridge is not a problem because jelly is so soft.

I have only tried a total of 3 rabbit vibes, but the Rechargeable Jack Rabbit is by far my favorite one. It has an insertable length of 5.5 inches, which is nice for reaching the spot of your choice. I find that the rabbit ears line up with my clitoris when I have this one inserted to where I want it. I don't necessarily get wonderful g-spot stimulation, but the shaft still feels good internally. It has a diameter of 1 5/8 inches, around the head and the spot where the beads are. This size is great for me and should not be a problem for anyone due to the softness of the material.

This one is pretty long in total length (10 inches) making it something that might be harder to hide. Like I mentioned, I keep mine in my closet. If you left this out I think anyone would know what it is because rabbit type vibrators seem to get more press than others and the head on this one looks semi-realistic. These factors make this rabbit something that I would not travel with.

To charge this rabbit, simply place it on the charging base with the arrows lining up and leave it for about 6 hours to get a full charge. The first time I charged it I didn't have the arrows lined up correctly and the charge didn't last very long. The box states that on a full charge you can get 75 minutes of play. I have used it for about 30-40 minutes and have had no issues with it losing strength. I am not one to completely run the batteries out in my toys from one use, so I have not used this for 75 minutes without recharging it for a little bit in between uses.

The rabbit ears and shaft are controlled by two separate sets of buttons. There are up and down arrows that control the 3 speeds for the shaft rotation/bead rotation and then there are up and down arrows for the 3 speeds of vibration in the rabbit ears. In addition to these buttons there is a button that changes the direction of the shaft rotation. There is no designated on/off button, but that is fine with me.

I didn't think that the shaft rotation was going to be much of anything when I looked at this toy, but I figured it would provide some extra stimulation. After using this one, I have found that the shaft moves quite a bit and it feels really good. I don't get much g-spot stimulation, but the feeling of the shaft rotating inside of me and hitting a bunch of spots is very nice. The rabbit ears are definitely powerful enough for me. The ears move a lot, even on the first speed and I find that I rarely need to turn the ears to the highest speed to reach orgasm.

I use toy cleaner and/or soap and water to keep my rabbit clean. It is important not to get water in the controls or in the bottom of the toy where it sits in the charging port. If you want to keep your rabbit extra clean and keep bacteria off of it, then a condom can be used on the shaft portion.

I keep mine stored standing up in my closet. It is pretty large because of the base and I don't want it near my other toys of different materials. I am hoping that maybe I can find some where better to keep it.

Jelly is compatible with both water based and silicone lubes. Because I have so many silicone toys, I tend to use water based as my "go to" lube, so that is the only kind I have used with it.

The packaging for this one is pretty large. It comes in a big cardboard box that has information about the toy, and is not very discreet. Inside the box, the Rechargeable Jack Rabbit and the charging stand come inside of a molded plastic insert.

This is my first rabbit with a rotating shaft and it has definitely make me consider looking into more rabbit vibes like this one. Rotation feels different than simple thrusting and it is a change that I enjoy.

I really like this rabbit! It massages me inside while going to town stimulating my clit and I am glad that I decided to try another rabbit. The one thing about rabbit vibrators that I have issues with is that I feel like the clitoral stimulation can be so strong that I orgasm too quickly. As I have used this rabbit more and more I have learned that I like to warm up by using the rotating shaft alone for a while before I turn the ears on. This is my favorite way to orgasm with the Rechargeable Jack Rabbit.
