First things first, I think this bullet is best for beginners. Although I'm fond of using it after a long day for a quick and easy pleasure (it's probably my most used toy for this reason), I think experienced users will find it lacks either the size or the strength required for real enjoyment. However, if you're into keeping a vibrator in your purse for a cheeky bathroom break at work or you have a long distance partner that's into ordering you about while you're on the go, I think this is a pretty good toy for you (although maybe a little on the loud side if there's no fan or aircon on).
This vibrator is on the small side, surprisingly so when you first open the package (shouldn't have been surprising as they have the size on the page but :P), which actually makes it far more versatile in styles of use. Beginners will enjoy the variety of settings both for inside use and out, my preference is outside use in an introductory-wand sort of way, in that it isn't as powerful as a wand but the size and shape makes it easy to maneuver for those who are trying out new things or even for those who don't know where to go. Inside doesn't really reach too far but still nice and easy (a little messy on the take out though ;P).
This bullet is easy to hide and to travel with, with an unassuming silver color and a single black button on the base. And the button press between each setting isn't likely to be accidentally hit to throw you out of a rhythm.
The waterproof part of this toy is A+ again for ease and simplicity for those who just want to sit back and relax and let this baby bring you to a slow boil as you soak in the tub. This is my personal favorite use and I don’t particularly like baths!

Smooth texture (plastic), there is no smell and no real taste, also not porous. Unyielding structure. Beginners suited.

Size is small but this is good for travel and discrete play, and good for clitoral stimulation. The shape is typical of a bullet with the tapered end, I personally like the shape for clitoral play either for a partner to grip around the trunk and use of the rounded tip for pointed stimulation, or for self service in the same manner. I also like the use of lying the trunk down the labial folds and then just teasing the clit. Haven't tried it with any anal play yet but I think the size and smoothness should be nice and easy with a little lubrication. Again, size is much more suited to beginners or discrete play. I think the dark silver is a good color because it feels somewhat elegant, also means it's easy to hide because it doesn't look particularly risqué.

Performance is great for a bullet, not particularly powerful but certainly decent and diverse in the 10 functions. The standard first three settings getting increasingly more powerful before moving into patterns is good for beginners and I think the increments between these settings is well metered, in that the second setting is comfortable but for people that need more simulation the third is good. Because the plastic is rigid, and because of the small size, the whole bullet vibrates, giving someone serving themselves a nice hand massage at the same time, but the actual vibrator I believe is located just above the center along the length. The button control at the base of the bullet is soft and easy to identify without having to actually look for it in the dark, and is enough out of the way that it isn't going to be accidentally pressed while using the toy. However, there is no off button and one does have to cycle through all the settings before turning it off. The toy is noisy, about 3 buzzes at it's most powerful setting, but usually lower than that. A regular stand fan or even overhead fan cancels out the noise entirely but in the dead of night, with no traffic and a roommate in the same room the toy should be placed inside you before turning it on. Worked well in water (although first setting was probably too low) and noise wasn't a problem.

It is easy to clean, with water and bacterial soap or a cleanwipe OR a cleaning spray and soft towel, which also makes it easy to shop for discretely, same with the batteries. Storage is something you'll have to seek for yourself because the packaging is a simple plastic bag and not a drawstring soft one like some toys come with but, again, because of the size and plastic it should be super easy. I personally use a soft towel-ette in a see-through drawstring bag that you can get at any art supplies store and put it in my handbag. A small makeup bag or even those little pencil cases would be plenty suitable as well (this is probably what I would use for plane travel and the like). Because it is plastic and waterproof this toy is suitable for use with pretty much all lubes and other toys (which is great if you need clitoral simulation whilst using an inserted dildo or vibrator).

I ordered with two other larger toys so the bullet was just tucked into the box with them inside a see-through plastic bag with a sticky-folded close (like the close you find on sticker or pencil packs). It isn't really suitable to gift straight to a friend unless they would rather get straight down to business (in which case make sure you buy batteries with the toy or that they have some on standby). There were no instructions but with only one button and a screw bottom it was super easy to figure out and get going, with practice you learn to identify where the best vibration pattern is.

My most used toy because of its simple functions and easy size. I personally think it is a must-have for a beginners toy collection.
