First time power G - g-spot vibrator discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by sslovas

This was one of my first vibrators and I was very excited to try out something a little different from the regular, straight shaped toys I'd used before. Unfortunately, I was fairly disappointed by most of what this product had to offer.

The product is a G-spot massager with a pretty, curved tip. It's rather smooth and silky in texture, but made of a hard, inflexible plastic. Mine had a noticeable seam running down the length of the toy on both sides, but that wasn't that big of an issue. I found that the vibrations, though much stronger at the base of the toy (but still not strong enough in my opinion), were very weak at the tip and usable area. Because the vibrator is waterproof, it is very easy to clean and I usually just used soap and water. I personally don't need much lube when using toys meant for vaginal use, so I don't have any real recommendations there. Though the product is labeled as quiet, I found it to be rather loud and it was in fact my loudest toy to date and I do not recommend it to anyone who wishes to be discreet.

I did not find the Power G to be successful as a G-spot massager and when I realized that I would be unable to use this toy for it's intended purpose I thought maybe it would work better for clitoral stimulation, but I had the same problem with the weak vibrations. I attempted using the back end, which is where the motor is located and the vibrations are stronger, but I was a little uncomfortable using the side with the controls, even though the product is "waterproof".

My main reason for originally purchasing this particular product was because of it's waterproofing. I was excited to use the product in the bath, despite my earlier comments. Once again the lack of oomph did very little for me and I found myself wanting to use the product more for just penetration than anything, but the curved tip made that a little difficult. Once again, despite my earlier complaints, I used the toy from time to time and was very careful to clean and dry if after every "underwater" use. This was why I was shocked and worried when I went to change the batteries to find a bit of rust on the metal parts inside. This could only mean that the seal at the base of the toy was not in fact completely water tight, which was very worrisome to me and quickly stopped my usage of it.
