The Pearl butterfly vibrator is a multi-function vibrator. The butterfly flutters against your clit with a light yet satisfying touch. I found that the clitoral stimulation was satisfying and of great pleasure. The shaft part of the Pearl butterfly vibrator is very large. In fact, I found it to be too large for providing much satisfaction at all. The rotating beads started out as being an enhancing part to the vibrator experience. But the beads tend to jam a little and are not very smooth for the vibrator experience.

The Pearl butterfly is a powerful vibrator but with the power comes the usual higher level of noise. The clit stimulator of the butterfly is not as loud as the rotating and beaded shaft. The clit stimulator and the rotating shaft are controlled by two slides. The slides allow you to marginally adjust the power of the Pearl butterfly clit stimulator as well as the bead enhanced rotating shaft. The ability to gently increase the power to both the clit pearl butterfly and the beaded rotating shaft allows you to slide the pleasure bit by bit. Or in my case, allows you to control and minimize the intimidating, rotating beaded shaft while immensely enjoying the clit stimulation of the butterfly gently flitting against your clit then making the sensation great and great with the slide. The build up of the clit sensations are a great and pleasurable experience. I also found that putting the rotating beaded shaft at the highest setting does not necessarily increase the pleasure of that feature.

I found that the Pearl butterfly vibrator really only provided a tremendous response for my from the clit stimulation. I did not find the rotating shaft to be of benefit or a contribution to pleasure. It was definitely bulky and the beads were less than smooth. While I feel that beads can greatly contribute to pleasure in the rotation of a shaft, I did not find them to be much 'help' from the Pearl butterfly vibrator. I really wish that the shaft and beads were more smooth and the sizing were a little smaller. At times the shaft was almost painful, although I did use this as just a clit stimulator with the butterfly. The butterfly has two antenna and two wings that flit and flutter against the most sensitive spots. The multiple antennae provides a tremendous stimulation for powerful clitoral orgasm. I found the bulk of the shaft to almost reduce the pleasure. I thought that since I am a bigger gal, the larger shaft would provide more 'butterfly bang' for the buck. That was definitely not the case for me. I find a smaller shafted vibrator allows me to better feel the nuances of the toy.

I have been on a vibrator crusade the last couple of years. I have tried out several different types in the hope that I would have one that really knocks my socks off, literally. :) While the clitoral reaction of the Pearl butterfly vibrator is utterly fantastic. This is not a total package that I can enjoy all the multi functions.
