Foreplay wand sex toy review

Oscillating massager by Sinclair Intimacy Institute®

Published: October 17, 2007
extremely useful review
Regardless of the attachments, the toy does offer some versatility when you use your imagination. The package says the item is water-proof, so you can even insert the handle inside and treat it like a vibrating dildo (although you can't adjust the vibrations once inside). Or, insert the wider base (without attachments) for a much wider, fuller feeling.
This toy was definitely designed

When I first opened up The Better Sex Foreplay Wand by Sinclair Institute, my first thought was, "Wow...how Austin Powers like." Why? With the bright pink base and orange rubbery nubs, it looked like something you might see in a 60's sex scene. Now, while the look of it certainly intrigued me, I also felt it could turn a guy off with its look and color - at least it could turn my man off. I mean, it's pink! I decided to keep this item all to myself.

My next thought was, "What do I do with it?" It looked to me like a mini ribbed paddle. However, the handle was smooth, a silky feel even, and it had five different attachments that could be changed by screwing them into the center of the wand.

While there are eight different vibration cycles, each that are pretty powerful, I had a hard time telling the subtle difference between several of them. The pulsating sequence didn't do as much for me either, since I prefer the constant, deep vibration. The attachments each went on securely and easily. They are made of a stiffer rubber which makes for easier penetration, yet they don't vibrate as much as I expected. The "spoon" attachment was totally ineffective for me, and the g-spot attachment didn't go on straight no matter how many times I tried to screw it on. But, maybe that was how it was supposed to be, I reasoned, since I have never been able to actually locate my g-spot. Not surprisingly, this sex toy didn't help me locate it either.

I think the best thing about this oscillating clitoral stimulator is its ergonomic design. The base is slightly curved to fit the shape of a woman's body with or without the attachments. It is long and wide enough to really have good coverage. Also, when one of the attachments is on and inserted inside, the base can rest perfectly to give you some vibrating anal pleasure. If you like anal penetration, the attachments are a good size for that as well.

Did you try using the studded paddle part of the toy as a stimulator, since the attachments weren't that effective?  I'm just wondering if that part, at least, is more stimulating.

Yes, I did try the studded paddle part of the toy without the attachments.  However, it was pretty much the same feel since the attachments are made to penetrate and have the studded part resting against the clit.
