Use

The Form 6 is the first vibrator I've owned that is intended primarily for internal use. Don't get me wrong, it feels great on the clit and labia, but the slimmer end is perfectly designed to hit your g-spot and it feels divine. There is a motor in each end, so you can hit a broad external area or stimulate the g-spot and massage the labia at the same time. You can also turn on just one end or the other. There are a variety of patterns to cycle through and several levels of intensity. This makes it suitable for both beginners and veterans. It is also entirely waterproof so you can take it in the bath or shower and use water to heat it up or cool it down (it holds warmth better). It is rechargeable so you never need to fuss with batteries, and comes with a beautifully designed, discreet charging dock.

Material / Texture

The material is smooth and feels pleasant to the touch. Though the Form 6 is stiff (unlike the Form 4, for example) the material has some give which makes it feel soft. There is nothing about the texture that would make it unsuitable for beginners.

Design / Shape / Size

The design is beautiful, as is always the case with Jimmyjane. The Form 6 is easily the largest vibrator in the Form series and the only one designed for the g-spot. There is a motor in each end, so you can use either or both ends for insertion or massage. The slimmer end is slightly curved and expertly designed to hit the g-spot. It is slim enough that even a novice should find it comfortable (and pleasurable) after getting to know it a bit. The charging dock is attractive and discreet, and there is a locking feature making the Form 6 an excellent travelling companion- no random vibrating inside your suitcase, etc.

Functions / Performance / Controls

There are several vibration patterns and levels of intensity making the Form 6 very customizable. As I said, there is a motor in each end. The controls are located on the thicker end. They are a bit difficult to operate during use because they are designed to interrupt the texture as little as possible. The toy is quiet to moderately noisy, being noisiest when both motors are on. It is completely waterproof; shower and bath friendly. The waterproof feature is extra nice if you like to warm up your toys, it retains heat nicely.

Care and Maintenance

Because it is waterproof it is easy to wipe clean with toy cleaner or wipes or gentle soap. It can be stored in its charging dock or just about anywhere else you keep toys. I would only use water-based lubes.

Packaging

The toy is packaged in a lovely white box and includes directions for charging, the various settings, and locking the set. The instructions also tell you how to determine how charged it is at any given time. I'd recommend just about any Jimmyjane product for gifting as their packaging is attractive, easy to wrap, and they exude an aura of luxury.

Experience

I have found that using the Form 6 for g-spot stimulation while using another vibrator on my clit puts me over the edge VERY quickly. In partner situations or using the Form 6 alone, I prefer to explore all the settings and take it a little slower (but it's nice to know that the quickie possibility is there).

      I'd recommend Uma. I have the Form 6, and tried the Uma at a real store. Here's what I really don't like about form 6:
      The silicone has a harsh seam (uma's seamless)
      The whole vibrator is very rigid, not comfortable to insert (Uma's rigid as well, but a lot smoother)
      The vibration on the small end is very buzzy (Uma has one motor, but a very nice one)
      The buttons are impossible, if you have the big end inserted, you have to take it out to change the setting (Uma's buttons are on the opposite end of the motor, the buttons are not easy but it's relatively better compare to Form 6).
      The silicone attracts so much dust and lint (Uma does this too, but not as bad)
      Whiny sound from the motor (uma's a lot quieter)

      What's actually good about Form 6:
      3 years warranty compared to Uma's one year

      So glad to finally hear an opinion on this! Thanks! I was leaning towards the uma, but this definitely gives me some concrete reasons why. Anyone out there prefer the form 6? Or is the uma the uncontested favorite?
