She's intended for and best used for external stimulation. She can be used to tease all of your erogenous zones such as the clit, nipples, testis, perineum, etc. For safety reasons you should avoid the anal area as she has no flared base. Mia can be used solo but small enough to throw into the mix of partner play. Mia is primarily made of a hard ABS plastic with silicone covered buttons. It is very glossy and smooth to the touch. Mia is completely odorless and tasteless. Do not charge her for more than 24 hours; it is possible to over charge Mia.

Mia has a plus and a minus button on the her side which are very easy to control. Simply press the plus button and Mia will begin to vibrate. By continuously holding the plus button it will increase the intensity of the vibrations, bringing you through about 7 speeds. To switch to pulsing, when max intensity is reached press and hold the plus button for about 3-5 seconds. This will jump you to the pulsations where you can cycle through 3 speeds; fast, faster, fastest. To turn it off, press the minus button and hold for 3-5 seconds switching you back over to the steady vibrations; Hold until Mia turns off. Mia has a locking feature so you don't have to worry about her turning on while in storage. Which could result into a very embarrassing moment or a very frustrated moment. To lock Mia simply hold both her buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds.

Mia does pack a punch for her petite size. Mia is strong but she's not intense. I must say that Mia is pretty darn quiet. Like most vibrators, she gets louder on her higher settings. On her lower speeds she is virtually silent and barely heard while in the same room. On her higher settings she is still pretty quiet; buzzy but quiet. I don't think she could be easily heard through a door if used under the blankets.

Mia is not waterproof. Do not use her near water and be extremely careful when cleaning.

Mia is super easy to clean, which is always a plus. You can wipe her body down the toy wipes or a spritz of toy cleaner. Be careful not to get her too wet, as she's not waterproof and you want to avoid getting water in the USB port. After cleaning, dry her off and place her in the included satin toy pouch. She is small enough to be stored just about anywhere, even in your purse!
