The dolphin does nothing, it is very loud!
I have this vibrator and I really don't like it. The dolphin does nothing to pleasure you and when you take it off, it only gets a little better. They also have one exactly like the dolphin but with a monkey. I have also used this vibrator and achieved the same results. I thought that maybe the monkey would add more pleasure and stimulation than the dolphin but it was disappointing and I was left frustrated and unsatisfied once again. I used it as a clitoral vibrator and it did not work very well for me and I rarely keep the dolphin on, it just gets annoying after awhile. The simple bullet vibrator I had before this one was much better at getting the job done.
Avoid this vibrator if you are looking for one that makes you orgasm quickly; there are better ones than this. I have had vibrators that got me where I wanted to be in a minutes or less. With this vibrator it is hard to keep it on the spot I want and it takes me forever, this is my biggest complaint when it comes to vibrators and I eventually just gave up on this vibrator. This is more of a beginner vibrator that is low in price and very low maintenance when it comes to keeping it clean
Now as a result, any time I see a vibrator with an animal on it, I immediately decide that the vibrator in question will not be as good so I should not even waste my time trying it. Overall, I had a bad experience with this vibrator and will not buy another one that resembles it ever again. Next time I buy a new vibrator, I am going to buy a more expensive one! You could probably find a better vibrator at the same price.

What does material safety mean?

I noticed on the dolphin clit teaser that the material safety level is a 2..? Is that based mostly on porosity and sterility or does it have dangerous chemicals in it? Anyone know? I have read that it smells funny, so it has me wondering.

I would also suggest reading the reviews, many reviewers talk about materials and how to clean them and use them safely.

I believe the material safety level is based on porosity/ how hospitable the material is to bacteria. I'm sure the material safety level has nothing to do with dangerous chemicals.

I wonder if you're reviewing the same toy you purchased... The product specs for this product state that it runs on a AA battery (not button cells) and the photos do not show the key ring you describe.
I understand that the toy did not work for you and that is unfortunate. Even so, it is important to add everything about the toy to your review. Some people might find that the toy works for them.
