The Frisky Finger vibe is your average bullet with a little modification. The plastic silver bullet is covered with a TPR silicone sleeve that has textured nubs and a stretchy ring to slip over your finger. Because of its small size, the use can be quite versatile, and is suitable for almost any user. It's moderate vibrations and fingertip design combine to create outstanding versatility--great when used with a partner, for perineal, anal or clitoral stimulation, or dual stimulation with your favorite dildo. Please take note that this toy should absolutely not be placed inside the anus as there is no base to prevent it from being pushed in entirely, but it is very nice for massaging around this area.

The bullet is made of hard plastic and the sleeve is TPR Silicone. TPR Silicone is hypoallergenic and phthalate free, and I found it has no scent nor taste to it. The 10 rounded nubs and tongue-shaped stimulator on this toy are flexible when poked and prodded with your fingertip but during use they feel firmer. The bullet is a hard plastic cased in metallic silver paint, and unfortunately after time I imagine this may chip or flake, although I have not noticed that in a couple months of semi-frequent use. If this were to happen, since this is your basic bullet and the sleeve is quite stretchy, you could replace the bullet with one of your favorites or something waterproof if you so choose. Then, voila! Waterproof, nubby, yummy fingertip vibe at your disposal.

I would recommend the use of water-based lubricant with this toy since the sleeve can have quite a drag on the skin, and lube can provide more sensation from the nubs as they glide over your clitoris and vulva. Despite this drag, the sleeve is not tacky or sticky to the touch.

I love the addition of the stretchable ring on this bullet, which has successfully prevented it from slipping out of my grip even with lube-covered fingers. It advertises that One Size Fits All, and I would say this is true unless you have exceptionally large or small fingers. I found that it fits on my thumb and pinky equally well. The bullet is about 2" long and the nubs cover about 3/4 of this.

As far as discrection goes, I'm sure if anyone got ahold of it they would know what it was, but it's so small that it is very easy to hide if necessary. I believe the easy use, handling and moderate vibrations are great for both advanced and beginner users.

Powered by a single on/off button at the base of the bullet, the single-speed vibrations of this toy are moderate on the scale. They are noticeably stronger with new batteries, but after a month or so these vibrations will notably decline with use. This could be prevented by removing the batteries after cleaning to prevent them from draining power. The vibrations are focused on the end of the bullet but they are equally felt on every edge. Despite its small size, it's rather loud, and can definitely be heard through your sheets. The first time I used this I was able to orgasm almost instantly, but with continued use it took longer and longer and required me to be more aroused before using it.

I only wish that the ring on the toy was situated in the center of the bullet rather than on the edge. This would allow a little more control over the pressure and placement, and not allow it to flop around. If you enjoy tapping your clit, this may be a turnoff for you, but can be somewhat prevented by turning the bullet around. During partner use, with additional stimulation and movement, the bullet may end up rotating to one side of your finger or another. To stop it, I pinch the end of it with my thumb and middle finger, allowing me to apply pretty strong vibrations in one spot.

TPR Silicone can react to silicone-based lubricants, so I would suggest using water-based lube for this toy in the name of caution. Because this toy cannot be sterilized, it should not be shared. Otherwise, the maintenance for this toy is quite simple. For cleaning, the sleeve should be removed from the bullet so that no water gets inside of it. Simply pull the sleeve off and wash with good ole' soap and water, spray it with an Anti-Bacterial Cleaner, if you wish, and you are good to go. The bullet should be carefully wiped clean, as it is not waterproof. Once these are dry, replace the sleeve on the vibe and store as desired. I have not noticed a lot of "pickup" from the sleeve--as in, it does not attract a lot of hair, particles, etc--but I would still rinse it clean before use.

The packaging for this toy is very minimal, a simple cardboard backing with a plastic front stapled to it. There are no user instructions, and it is not discreet. Because of the minimalist packaging, please wash this toy before your first use. Unfortunately the packaging does not lend itself to storage capabilities.
