This toy was definitely designed
This toy is a great toy choice for those of you who are purchasing your first toy. It is a good choice that you will enjoy with progressive levels of vibrations. It is a relatively quiet unit that the noise can easily be hidden with music or a thick blanket when there is a wall between the user and others.
There are a few improvements that I would make to better suit my own likings. The improvements I would like to see in my next toy are longer lasting because it broke within the first 6 months of use), more intense vibrations and different patterns of vibrations instead of just an increasing intensity. These downfalls do not change my opinion of it being a great choice for those first time explorers.
This toy can prove to be fun both alone as well as when used with others. It is not intimidating to partners as it is smaller in size than some. However, beware that if you or your partner are not a beginner, I suggest you move on to more options for a
bullet toy that would better suit the more experienced users.
The last little bit of advice that I have to those of you who are considering the purchase of this toy, is to use care with the cord as it can easily become kinked or broken and torn. The cord also has the tendency to start to seperate from the base and the bullet leaving the internal wire exposed. Lastly, The seam on the actual bullet itself can prove to be harder to keep clean. Body fluids can get trapped between the two halves and it is not easy to clean well. You may consider putting it inside a condom, especially if you intend to share it with others.
Nice review. Excellent point about the condom, I think people forget this is a good option for toys this size much of the time. Doc Johnson really just doesn't make much that's worth having.
Negative. That is another reason the condom comes in handy ;-) I think it was the motor that quit. Plus, The cord seperated from the base more than the bullet....
You said it broke within 6 months. Any chance it had been used for insertion and you pulled on the cord of the bullet to remove it from your vagina?
Nice first review, and welcome! I will NOT be trying this toy because I like super strong vibrations, so thank you for helping me avoid this one. Poor quality seems to be a theme with Doc Johnson products, besides the rare few.
A little tip about the cords separating from the bullet and control pack, you can put a little bit of super glue in there to help hold them in place better. This is a tip someone gave me on one of my reviews, and I try to pass it along as it really helps preventing "pull injuries" to the cord.
I was not able to feel it when using it. It is not sharp. It just proves to be more difficult to keep clean even when using cleaning agents.
I was going to say the seam seems a bit cheaply made. Is it something you can feel when using? Might it be sharp or perhaps cause damage?
Very good advice about the cord. Those things are so flimsy. I have a bullet with a seam too, and it is also difficult to clean out fluids.
