The control panel and bullet are made of smooth plastic. Plastic is easy to clean and not very porous. It is compatible with all sorts of lube. When it comes to performance, there's a reason why most people choose corded or wireless bullets. Corded bullets are usually a lot more rumbly, have better amounts of power, and take convenient batteries. There is an added element of letting a partner control the bullet for you, as well, which isn't as easy with wireless bullets. On the other hand, these types of bullets aren't known to last very long due to the cord's affinity for shorting out.

The speed of the bullet is controlled by a dial on the controller. The dial can be reached from both sides. It doesn't actually click off like other bullets. To turn it on, slide the dial to your desired speed. The speeds go from low to high without any presets. High is actually pretty powerful, rumbly, and deep penetrating. There's no buzzy vibrations from this bullet. When on high, it is still pretty quiet. Depending on how you hold your bullet, it may make a bit of a louder noise.

This bullet is pretty easy to care for. After use, simply wipe it down with a slightly damp cloth. If you need to wash it, just use warm water and antibacterial soap. Be careful not to get any water on or in the controller, as it isn't waterproof in any way. I have washed this quite a few times with damp, soapy cloths and haven't had any issues with it. Make sure to take the batteries out to avoid corrosion.

When storing, I usually wrap the cord around the base so it doesn't get tangled up on other bullets or itself. It doesn't pick up any lint or dust, so you can store it just about anywhere. I'd recommend putting it out of sight somewhere, as the design isn't totally discreet.
