Got Lucky With the Croupier

The Croupier is a unique G-spot vibrator which has powerful and intense vibrations, while managing to stay very quiet. It’s rather large in size, so it’s more for the experienced user, but odds are, you’ll really like this one.

Use

Evolved Novelties came up with an interesting line of Roulette vibrators. I chose the Croupier because it appealed to me the most. A croupier is someone appointed at a gambling table to assist in the conduct of the game, especially in the distribution of bets and payouts.

It is designed as a G-spot toy, but you can use it on your clitoris for nice broad stimulation. I don’t recommend using this anally, unless you have a partner that is willing to hold onto it for you because there is no graduated or flared base.

There is an O-ring inside the battery compartment, but I don’t think this is completely waterproof. It may be fine to use in the shower, just don’t fully submerge it since the cap doesn’t appear to be completely air tight.

Material / Texture

The Croupier is made of a beautiful European silicone. It feels rubbery and slightly sticky, so it will grab some pet hair or fuzz quite easily. Just make sure to wash it before using it. Use only water based lubes because silicone lube will cause the material to deteriorate. The material has a lot of drag, so a nice thick lubricant is best to use with it.

The vibrator is smooth and firm, but the middle part of the shaft tends to bend, so it may not give strong pressure against the G-spot like some women crave. There are no noticeable seams on the toy. There are little ridges that follow the length of the shaft on each side, but aren’t noticeable during use.

Design / Shape / Size

The Croupier is clearly a G-spot toy. It’s pretty hefty, weighing in at a pound, so it’s not very travel friendly. It is 7.5 inches long, 5”insertable, with a circumference of 5” inches. It is on the larger side, and will give you a good feeling of fullness.

The shaft is mainly straight, with a pronounced curve on the end. The curve has two rounded bumps to give you extra stimulation.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The Croupier is operated by a wheel located inside the handle. A lot of vibrators tend to have a turn dial on the bottom, so this is really unique. The wheel locks into place when it is on the off position, but easily turns as you increase or decrease the vibrations. The Croupier has a nice range of vibrations, starting from a low steady vibration, up to a very intense steady vibration. Even on the highest setting, the Croupier is very quiet. While it is inserted, it won’t be heard through a closed door. The vibrations are a wonderful, deep rumbly type that just feels amazing.

It takes two AA batteries, which are not included. The battery compartment just requires a slight twist to open and close, and just insert the batteries, one up and one down, and it is ready to use.

Care and Maintenance

You can wash the vibrator in warm water and antibacterial soap, or your favorite toy cleaner. You can also sterilize it with a 10 per cent bleech solution. Don’t boil the toy because that will damage the motor.

You can store this with the little container it came with. Remember that removing the vibrator’s batteries helps prolong their life.

Packaging

Evolved always has great packaging. The Croupier came with a plastic container that you can use for storage. The lid is held in place with two clamps on each end, and inside you’ll find the Croupier resting in a plastic tray. I took the tray out and just use the container, so it’s up to you how you want to store it.

Experience

The Croupier has quite a large girth, so I don’t use it very often, but when I do, it is always an amazing experience. The head is very large, so it will cover a large area and stimulate your G-spot. I usually keep a bullet or small clitoral vibrator nearby if I feel like having more stimulation while this is inserted.

The Croupier is not very comfortable to thrust with, but it makes up for that by giving me a feeling of fullness. The vibrations are quite powerful, and I like to use it on the medium setting. On high, it feels like it’s vibrating all of my insides which is more distracting than pleasurable, but I like having that setting. This toy is more for the experienced users because it is rather large and heavy.
Follow-up commentary
This is the toy that made me really love G-spot vibes. It has a beautiful shape that works wonderfully for those of us who have a deeper G-spot. I always go back to this toy because the vibrations are deeply pleasing. The toys in the Roulette line are very high quality, and I think you should check them out.

I would not say that they ALWAYS make great packaging, as some toys can come in some type of bottles that open through the bottom. I didn't find them all that practical. Otherwise, yes, it looks like a great toy.

Great review! I like the sounds of this one, but I'm almost positive it'd be too large to even get in on me! LOL. Too bad, because it really sounds nice. I enjoyed reading your review and like that you shared with us what a croupier is.. I had no idea! Lol. Thanks for the detailed review!

  • Roulette Collection: Compare and contrast
    • Has any one tried more than one roulette vibrator? Can you feel the difference fo the shapes? For example, I've purchased the High Roller, but I was undecided whether the All on Red would be better/feel any different. Would the Croupier feel like a g-spot vibrator?
    • I did a comparative review on the Lucky 11, Lucky 13 and Croupier, you can find it here: link

      Hope it helps!

    • i hate it when i find a vibrator with everything perfect but its too loud. I live in a house with 5 other people so its rare i'd ever get enough alone time to use this toy.
how do others cope with sound?

This summer I had no room. I went away for college and my family gave my room to my little sister, leaving me with the sofa this summer. It was pretty hard to go without toys. My biggest trick was turning on the shower and sink faucet and using my toys in the bathroom. I generally laid out some comfy blankets so it wouldn't be too weird, but there isn't much you can when with people around all the time.
    • I have three roommates; I do what I want in my space with my bedroom door closed. First question is, do you have your own room?
