The Slender Tulip Wand can be used to stimulate most areas of the body, including the clitoris and vagina (though I would not recommend it for anal play). Slender, but universal, the Tulip Wand is a no-frills, yet powerful vibrator that could be a good fit for anyone from a person purchasing a first vibe to even the most seasoned collector. Honestly I wasn't terribly blown away by this toy because I'm not a big fan of hard plastic toys, but it is objectively a good vibrator for the price. If you need something slim and hard this might be the perfect fit.

This toy is made of a hard, see through plastic which gets an 8 on the Eden safety scale. The color is vibrant, and the surface is very smooth. I'm not a big fan of hard plastic so this was a minus for me, but if you like a very rigid toy it will likely work better for you.

A drawback to the hard, smooth texture is that it can be slippery when lubed up. Fortunately the plastic on the dial at the bottom is ribbed so that the toy is easy to turn on and off.

Out of the box I noticed no odor, and the toy is also tasteless.

One of the coolest features of this toy is being able to see how it works, thanks to the translucent casing. It obviously isn't stimulating, but it is interesting to watch the motor in action!

They don't call this the "Slender Tulip Wand" for nothing! The head is 1" in diameter, but the shaft is even thinner, with about 6" of insertable length. If you want a toy with a lot of girth, this isn't for you. If you're new to being penetrated, or just want something slim but deeply stimulating, this toy is right up your alley. The bulbous head is great for directly stimulating the clitoris or g-spot.

While I recommend this for travel because of it's small size (as long as the batteries are removed, as it could turn on accidentally otherwise), it does have a very distinct vibrator shape that makes it not-so-discreet. You will not be able to pull the wool over the TSA's eyes with this one.

Because the base is not flared, this should not be used for anal play.

The vibrations of the Tulip Wand are mostly in the bulbous head, though they do spread throughout the shaft as well. Depending on the setting, they are much more powerful than you would expect from such a small toy. I was quite surprised.

The toy turns on and off by screwing or unscrewing the black dial at the bottom of the toy. When completely tightened, the toy turns on its highest setting. When completely loosened, the plastic base-dial can be removed to open the battery housing. The Tulip Wand uses two AAA batteries, and it gets a solid amount of battery life.

This vibe has multi-speed functionality, which can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the dial. The looser the dial is, the easier it is to accidentally change the setting, so take care to not to knock it or anything on a low setting.

This toy is very quiet, especially for its the level of intensity. As it gets older and the motor starts wearing out, however, it will get louder, so keep this in mind if you need to be discreet.

This toy can be washed in warm water with anti-bacterial soap, then towel dried with a fresh towel. It is compatible with all types of lubricants.

It is very simple to store, and can be kept anywhere from a toy chest to a lingerie drawer.
