This toy's primarily use is as a strap-on, that provides someone who does not have a penis a "penile" attachment. This toy accomplishes this through a strapless method where there is an inserted bit that goes inside the partner wearing it and requires them to have the muscles to hold the toy internally or they may have to hold onto it during use. This could potentially be used by a male to provide prostate play for the male and a secondary penis for their partner.

My girlfriend struggled to hold this internally when we tried it... her kegel muscles also tend to pulse when she's laughing and she was laughing pretty hard about having a "penis" when I had her try "wearing" it, so it just popped the inserted part out. So if we were to use this for pegging she'd either have to focus on holding it with her muscles or hold it with her hand.

I think if you are wanting to ease yourself into pegging or are of a lesbian orientation and not wanting an intimidating "penis" to use... this is a great option. I have some significant anal experience and this toy was just enough to notice there was something there but minimal enough that I could take it personally with almost no warm up. The toy is made from body safe silicone, that is very firm but has some mild flex to it, which is good as means it can adjust to different body types and positions as the toy is in use. The inserted end is large enough to be noticed while inserted, but if you are used to anal play/toys it may be on the smaller end and might not provide enough girth/length for some to enjoy it. It is great as a beginner toy but if you are an advanced user this isn't a great toy option.

Being silicone the toy is very easy to care for, it washes off easily with hot water and you can sterilize it. The toy should not be used with silicone lube as it'll have a negative impact on the toy. You should also store it so it doesn't interact with other silicone toys, but otherwise, it's very durable and doesn't need much care.
