Great for warming up

While I wasn't expecting to like this toy I certainly am glad that I gave it a try. Though it's made of a material I tend to avoid, it carries the vibrations well to the tip and will fit every sized finger out there. If you're looking for s cute finger vibrator either to use on your own or with a partner I certainly wouldn't dissuade you from trying this one.

Use

This little toy by Evolved is intended to slip over your finger for ease of control. It's mainly intended to be used clitorally for both pinpoint and broad stimulation. The soft tip makes it very easy to use to massage the clit and surrounding areas, so I would call it a success in that area.

You really can't insert this toy at all anally or vaginally. It's the entirely wrong shape and it may be dangerous medically if you insert it anally. You can use it to tease the entrance of the vagina with the long tip, but you can't insert it more than .75 inches, so it's not good for that use.

You also can't really use this toy for a full-body massage. It's not a good size or material even for massaging a small area like hands or feet, so I'd stick with something else for non-sensual massages. You can use it on other erogenous zones like the nipples, though.

If you're looking for a toy to use on a man, this would be a mediocre choice. You could hold it to your cheek during oral sex for very mellow vibrations, and you could use it to lightly tease their perineum, but it's not the best option out there for those uses, either.

If you're shopping for a toy to introduce vibrators into a relationship this actually wouldn't be too bad of a place to start. It's compact and discreet, and it's not a shape that will be intimidating. It's also fairly cheap in case your partner freaks out and stomps on it. While I would really recommend something more versatile, I certainly wouldn't discourage anyone from getting this as a first couples toy.

As a first toy altogether I feel similarly. It's a very cute toy with several different settings, it's waterproof, and it's not phallic at all. While it may be a better idea to start with something good for both internal and external play, this little cheap finger vibrator is still a good choice.

The Happy Fingers Fondle 100% passes Ryu's dorm seal of approval. It's easy to care for, waterproof, and quiet. It's small enough to keep just about anywhere, and it's perfect to sneak into the dormitory showers.

Material / Texture

This toy is made of a combination of TPR and plastic. The sleeve and finger loop are TPR and the bullet inside of the sleeve is made of plastic. These are both fairly safe materials for toys to be made out of.

TPR is rated a 7 out of 8 on the Eden Safety Scale. It's a very slightly porous material, but even though it's fairly safe I wouldn't recommend sharing it between users, especially if you're not sure about the other users infection standing. To disinfect it you can wipe this toy down with a 10% bleach solution.

Plastic is rated an 8 out of 10 on the Eden Safety Scale. It's not porous at all and is body safe, making it safe to use between users. Unfortunately it's completely glued into the TPR sleeve, so you can't use it separately.

Sans where the bullet is along the body of the toy it's very flexible and bendy. It's not easy to bruise yourself with it because of the softness. It is a bit thicker where the bullet is, but the material is still thick enough to be nice and squishy over it.

A great thing about the material being so soft is that the finger loop is SUPER stretchy. This means that it's going to fit everyones finger, even if you or your partner have beefy thick fingers. You can even stretch this toy around two fingers if that's what you heart desires.

The TPR is a bit tacky, so you may want to use a drop of lube on the tip. It has quite a bit of drag if that's what you're into, but not enough to really snag hair. It's also quite the lint magnet, so you will probably want to wash it both before and after use.

Overall, I think that TPR is a pretty good material for most users. It's soft and really lets you be able to use this on any sized finger. While silicone is a bit nicer of a material, for the price I certainly wouldn't dissuade you from getting this.

Design / Shape / Size

This toy certainly gets points for being petite and whimsical. The design is one that different companies all want to perfect: the finger vibrator. This allows you to turn your (or your partners) non-motorized appendage into a buzzing toy. It's great for those who want more control over their toys.

At 3.5 inches long in total, this is very small and easy to stash away. It's especially nice if you have limited room to keep your toys because you can just tuck it into a drawer or bag. The small size is also nice because it makes it a great travel companion.

This toy is supposed to be used only externally, and it's specifically intended to be a great shape for clitoral play. The little tip is much too small to insert, and I would highly discourage inserting the whole thing either vaginally or anally.

As stated above, this design will fit everyones fingers. The slight drag to the material helps it grab on to my skin, and the stretchiness makes it fit comfortably. I can wave my finger around and there's no chance of this slipping off and going flying.

There are essentially two forms of this toy, the Flutter and the Fondle. The Flutter has two wings that look like they'd be great to stimulate the labia while the thicker part was stimulating the clitoris, but I went with the fondle because it looked like a good, old fashioned clitoral vibrator.

If you left this on your desk it would for sure have people asking questions, so I would recommend storing this away from prying eyes. It's a small enough size that it's not going to scare of newbies or your partner unless they object to a toy conceptually, so it would be a nice design to introduce toys into a relationship.

Overall, the soft material and the clitoral protrusion make this a great toy for anyone who doesn't need super pinpoint vibrations or firm pressure. If you're looking for something to spice up foreplay or use on your finger during intercourse this would be a nice choice, and it's a great little travel toy.

Functions / Performance / Controls

When it comes to performance this toy actually holds its own against quite a few other toys in my arsenal. It's not a powerhouse and it doesn't have a lot of different functions, but the Happy Fingers Fondle certainly is a solid toy.

You control the by pushing the small button seen above. You can't remove the vibrator part of this toy from the sleeve, but the visible and raised button on the soft material still makes it a breeze to control. You don't have to press the button very hard for it to register, and because of the placement it's not easy to accidentally press it during use.

You press the button once to turn it on, and then press the button once more to cycle through to the next setting. You have to cycle all the way down in order to turn the toy off, but because there aren't many settings it's not a huge deal. The three settings are as follows:

1) Low (.5 bees, 1.5 vrooms)
2) Medium (Just under 1 bee, 2 vrooms)
3) High (a bit over 1 bee, 3 vrooms)

The vibrations are strongest in the body of the toy where the bullet is located, but the material is pretty good at transferring them to the tip. Unlike some thicker silicone toys you won't end up losing much power. It's not going to be enough oomph to satisfy some women, but for most people it's going to be enough.

Comparing this to all the other toys I own, this is certainly on the 'buzzy' side of the scale. The vibrations are fairly topical, which is a personal preference. I like deeper vibrations externally, but I know plenty of ladies (and men) who enjoy buzzier ones.

This toy is also entirely waterproof, which combined with the low noise level makes it perfect to sneak into the dorm showers. I have both used this in the shower and submerged it to clean it and neither time did I find any water in the battery compartment.

Overall, this toy is fairly powerful and it has a nice array of settings. It's best for more sensitive users who don't need a whole lot of power behind a toy, and it's great for people who want to be able to work their way up to a higher intensity.

Care and Maintenance

This toy is fairly easy to care for, but the material is a bit delicate and bothersome. This toy is a total lint magnet, so unless you're planning on keeping this in a plastic baggie you really need to wash it before and after every use. I wash mine with an antibacterial toy cleaner, but you also can use soap and water or a toy wipe.

Because the material is slightly porous I wouldn't recommend sharing this between users, especially if you're not sure where they stand on STDs and STIs. You can disinfect it by wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution, but this isn't guaranteed to kill any bacteria that may have made their way under the surface of the toy.

I keep this in a cool, dark place with the rest of my collection. You should try to avoid letting this material come in contact with other TPE/TPR, jelly, or silicone toys because it could potentially react. Similarly, this should only be used with water based lube.

Packaging

This toy comes in pretty darned cheap packaging. It's not something that you can even re-seal after opening because you have to cut the top off with scissors. Because of that and the fact that it's a lot larger than the toy itself I wouldn't recommend planning on storing the Happy Fingers Fondle in the package it came in.

The front shows the toy through the plastic and has some very basic information about this little finger vibrator. It doesn't have any naked women on it or lewd sayings, but it is pretty obvious what this toy is intended to be used for.

On the back is an image of the toy itself with some arrows highlighting the cool features it has. It's pretty informative as far as cheap packaging goes and I wasn't left wondering anything about the product. It also has a bit of a blurb selling the toy, but still nothing too embarrassing. There are also two spare batteries in the back of the package.

Personal comments

Just something to mention real fast, this toy takes watch batteries. It does come with two 'rounds' of them, but once you run out you'll have to go find some more. It's a pain, but for the price of the toy I really can't complain.

Experience

I ordered this toy when Eden was having a sale where they planted one tree for every Evolved toy sold. I figured that I could kill two birds with one stone and get a toy to do a video review on AND plant a few trees in the process. In all, I was surprised at how neat this little finger vibrator was.

It's not going to blow anyones mind, and if you have quite a collection it may not be your new favorite, but if you're in the market for a cheap finger vibrator this is a great one to consider. The vibrations carry well through the material, it will fit any finger, and it's fun to look at.

I am taking a star off for the fact that it's a bit weak and the material isn't the greatest, but for the price it's certainly worth a try. A solid 4 star rating for the Happy Fingers Fondle by Evolved.
