I love the butterfly on this! It is great for those that like all types of stimulation on their clit. The main part of the Pearl Butterfly Vibrator is smooth up until the pearl part. It is still smooth where the pearls are, but you do feel the hardness of them through the toy liner. The pearls go down the vibe about two inchs and rotate in different speeds. I personally did find if you squeeze your vagina, the pearls can hurt a bit. It does not turn me away from the toy, but just a heads up.

This is a very easy toy to clean. There is really no area that I found to be in the way and or hard to get too. Also, the toy did not carry the plastic smell some toys can. I really enjoyed that!
