Handy Indeed!

The handy massager is quite literally THE perfect beginners pocket rocket. It's decently powerful and quiet, waterproof, and so cute. At only 7$, it's a steal!

Use

The handy massager is a pretty versatile little toy. It can be used for clitoral stimulation (with or without the attachments), it can be used on any erogenous zone like the nipple or scrotum, it can be used for general massage and muscle relaxation, and because of its plush waterproof seal, it can be used in water.

It comes with 4 attachments: Two spiky ones, which are a bit rough for sensitive bits, but work great for head and foot massages, one smooth one, and one with 6 slightly raised numbs in the shape of a flower. The last two work best for clitoral stimulation.

If you're a beginner to sex toys, this is a sure shot purchase. It's versatile and discreet enough to let you figure out if this is your thing or not, and it's super cheap. If you're more advanced, I would still recommend this as a handy little massager; it just might not be strong enough to get you off every time.

Material / Texture

The entire toy and its attachments are made of a non-porous and phthalate-free plastic; there are also three metal ball type stimulators at the tip.

No smell, no taste... Just plastic.

Design / Shape / Size

The entire toy, except for the tip and its attachments, is a super cool leopard pattern. I think it's really sexy, but then again, I'm a huge sucker for animal print anything. The attachments and the tip that they click on to are both plain black.

Other than the sexy animal print, it's a pretty basic pocket rocket style vibrator. It's 4 inches long and has a 1 inch diameter.

As long as you take out the battery, it's great for travel! Throw it in a bag with all the pieces, or leave it in the packaging, and you're good to go.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The toy has three turn settings for the base: Open, off, and on. As with all pocket rockets, it's pretty easy to accidentally open the battery compartment when you're turning it off, so be careful if you're using it in the tub or shower.

There is only one level of vibration, and it's both moderately strong and quiet. The vibrations are felt mainly in the metal tips and travel well through the attachments, but holding on to the toy does tend to numb the fingers after a while.

If I'm using it clitorally, I tend to use it without the attachments, but they work great for massages. I really enjoy using the spiky ones on my feet when my boyfriend isn't around to rub them. The only thing that was a bit annoying was how much effort it takes to get the attachments back off. At certain points, I was pulling them off with my teeth. I found it best not to push them on all the way and leave a little area to grab on to.

It takes 1 AA battery, not included.

After using it in the bathtub a couple times, I can fully guarantee that it's 100% waterproof. To be honest, for the price, I was expecting some leakage in the battery compartment, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Care and Maintenance

It's plastic and waterproof, so it's pretty easy to care for. Once the battery compartment is shut all the way, it can be washed with soap and water or an anti-bacterial toy cleaner. It doesn't collect lint so you can store anywhere, and it's compatible with any type of lube or massage oil/lotion.

Packaging

It comes in a pretty basic clamshell blister pack with the toy and the attachments displayed in the front. It doesn't include any real instruction or care, but there is a little picture, on the back, that shows you how to put the battery in.

It does include a small picture of the pressure points on the bottom of the feet, but it's such a small picture that you can't really make out anything it says. Here is a link to a bigger and more legible diagram. For those of you who are not familiar with reflexology, the dictionary describes it as "a system of massaging specific areas of the foot or sometimes the hand in order to promote healing, relieve stress, etc., in other parts of the body."
