Silicone finger bunny - finger vibrator by NMC Ltd - review by pootpootpoot

The Silicone Finger Bunny was designed for clitoral stimulation, but can be used to provide light vibration to any part of the body. It is definitely not meant for anal use, and I would advise against using it vaginally. I found the best ways to use this toy were for clitoral and nipple stimulation - the bunny's ears fit nicely around both. The bullet can also be used with cock rings or other toys made for using bullets of that size.

I would recommend this toy to beginning and intermediate toy users. The vibrations will be too light for some, but the vibration patterns offer a lot of variety, and the whimsical bunny-shape and cute color won't scare anyone off. This toy would also be great for those living with roommates because it's so small, quiet, and discrete. This is very travel friendly as well-just slip it in a purse or bag and off you go!

To use this toy, place the bullet inside the silicone bunny and slide your finger through the ring on the bunny's back. Turn on the bullet to your desired vibration setting, place the unit on the area you wish to stimulate, and away you go! The silicone bunny can also be used for temperature play - soak it in a bowl of warm or cold water, test it on the inside of your elbow to make sure it's a safe temperature, then insert the bullet and use as usual.

The bunny is, as the name states, silicone. It is very smooth and soft, with a small seam running down the bunny's 'front.' It is also tasteless and has no smell. Here you can see it with the bullet inserted:

Silicone is a great toy material, rating a perfect 10 on the EdenFantasys toy safety scale. Because it is nonporous, it can be shared between partners, and you can boil it to sterilize it because it's waterproof and heat-resistant. Just remember not to use it with silicone lube, as it'll melt. If you're unsure about a lube you want to use, you can always use the 'nipple' of material included with the toy to test it out. All of this makes the bunny great for beginners because there's so little to worry about.

The bullet appears to be made out of plastic, and is very smooth. Due to some negative experiences with the cap of the bullet (see below) I would not recommend using this product in a bath or shower, and would recommend that you remove the bullet before sterilizing the toy and clean it separately.

As you can see, the bunny's ears are very flexible. The tips can be a little uncomfortable if you poke yourself with them, but they don't hurt at all.

Overall, I like the design of this toy. The purple coloring of both the bunny and bullet is attractive without being overly girly, and the size and shape of the ears makes them perfect for stimulating your nipples or clitoris. However, I do have one issue with the design:

That face! It really creeps me out. I love toys that are animal-shaped or -inspired, but staring, smiling faces just throw me off. However, the face is very small and obviously you won't be looking at it during use, so it isn't a huge deal.

This toy is great for travel - it will fit in almost any purse, and since it's silicone you won't have to worry about it getting damaged unless you're also transporting an unsheathed butcher knife. You can tuck this thing away just about anywhere, and even if it does get found you could probably pass it off as a finger puppet (if they found it without the bullet, that is - not sure how you'd explain that away).

Man, talk about variety! The bullet comes with ten settings, ranging from 'constant low drone' to all sorts of pulse-y options.

My personal favorite settings are "Gradient Burst" and "Pulsate" for clitoral stimulation and "Intermittent" and "Even Step" for nipple stimulation. It can be a little tiring clicking through all the different settings if you're looking for one near the end of the line, but it isn't a deal breaker by any means.

The vibration settings are controlled by a single button on the cap end of the bullet. To turn it off, you simply hold the button for about three seconds. The button is not overly sensitive, and I doubt you'd have any problems with the toy bumping into something and turning on by itself. The bullet is also extremely quiet: on the lowest setting I couldn't hear it through a blanket, and even the highest settings couldn't be heard through a closed door.

The bullet fits inside the bunny with its tip about where the bunny's neck is. Because of this, the vibrations are strongest where the bullet actually is, and the ears don't receive as much vibration as the rest of the toy. On the lowest setting, the ears hardly vibrated at all.

My main issue with this toy is that the bullet can be very difficult to remove from the bunny. You won't have to worry about it sliding out on its own, but it can be really frustrating trying to tug it free. Pinching the bunny's 'neck' helped a bit, but it was still tough. Several times while trying to remove it the cap popped off, even though I was tugging mainly on the bullet's body, not the cap itself. As such, I won't be using this in the shower unless I'm prepared to let it air-dry before trying to remove the bullet.

This toy is extremely easy to care for. The bunny can be boiled or run through a dishwasher, and the bullet can be sprayed with toy cleaner or wiped down with a toy wipe. I store mine (with the bullet held in the ring) in my lockable sex toy case. If you're storing it in a similar situation, make sure that any silicone lubes are tightly closed and wrapped up, as silicone will melt if it comes into contact with more silicone. I don't have any other silicone toys at present, but if you do then make sure to place each toy in a toy bag or just store them separately.

This toy comes in basic clamshell packaging, with a cardboard insert and a small pamphlet. The backing has very little text and no pictures, and states that the toy is phthalate-free, hypoallergenic, and waterproof. The insert has a chart (shown above) illustrating the ten vibration settings and how to change the batteries. I would not recommend storing the toy in its packaging, as it is far bigger than the toy itself and nothing special to look at.
