The My Miracle Massager is easy to use and works wonderfully! It has powerful vibrations for external use. For me, it worked very well for both soothing muscles or for masturbation. It uses 120 volts and does not charge. You will need to plug it into an outlet. Of course, don't use this near water! Also, beware of overheating during long periods of use; this device will get really warm/hot. If it overheats, just turn it off and let it cool off. You do not want to burn out the motors.

Visually, this sleek pink and white massager has two speeds on the built in control pad at the lower part of the handle. I usually start with the low setting and switch to the high setting as things get heated. It doesn't feel clunky or bulky; it is very easy to grip and handle. It has neither smell nor taste. The flexible ribbed head is phthalate-free PVC material. It is spring mounted onto the handle, which is made of a hard plastic. The manufacturer recommends that you should only use a water-based lubricant. You should also wash it before and after use to keep it clean. You can take off the head and wash it with soap and water and set to dry before reattachment. You can also just use a toy cleaner, which is what I do.
