I will admit that the first thing that drew me to the Tuyo was that it reminds me of a Poke-ball. Don't worry though, you don't need a full poke-dex in order to enjoy this little beauty.

This little massager worked really well for me as a clitoris massager, but as far as sore muscles go, the toy is just not strong enough for me. It also felt wonderful on my nipples.

The Tuyo is splashproof, so if you enjoy bringing a toy into the shower, you're in luck. Do NOT submerge the Tuyo, though.

The Tuyo has hard plastic on the top and bottom hemispheres, with a thick silicone band in the center of the toy, and for the button on the top of the toy. The silicone band is really great because it helps you grip the center of the toy, but please keep in mind that this silicone band means that you can only use water based lubes with this toy. Silicone lubes will react badly with the surface of the silicone band. I did not notice a taste or odor coming off the toy.

The part of this toy which you use in massaging or on your clit is very smooth, so I think that both beginners and advanced users will enjoy it equally well.

The first few times I tried this toy out didn't work so well for me. Once I started playing around with the interesting shape of it though, I fell in love! The Tuyo fits easily in my small hand and doesn't feel too big or too small. I think if you've got big hands that this would be less comfortable to "grip" though. My husband and me enjoy bondage and found that the toy worked well when I was tied into positions which would hold the ball in place, like on my side. It felt great, fit into the contours of my body, and I could use my legs to sort of "roll" the toy back and fourth over my clit. It feels amazing!

This wouldn't be a toy I traveled with. While you could fit it on its own into your suitcase with no issue, the box it comes with is just too big (in my opinion) to travel comfortable with. Without some kind of protective case or travel bag, I would worry about hurting my toy during the trip.

The Tuyo is definitely pretty discrete. It really does look like a Poke-ball, or just a muscle massager, so most people will probably not look at this and think "sex toy".

The Tuyo boasts 8 vibration patterns. The first three are steady vibrations, starting low with the first mode, and the third mode being the highest setting.

Mode 4: Slowly increases in speed for a couple seconds and then starts over again.
Mode 5: Medium speed pulses.
Mode 6: Quick short pulses.
Mode 7: A few quick short pulses followed by a medium length pulse. Repeat.
Mode 8: A lot of fast quick pulses.

Tuyo isn't very loud, even on its highest setting. This toy would not be heard through the sheets behind a closed door.

The vibrations of the toy are actually only in the top half of the "ball", but are felt throughout the whole toy pretty evenly.

The Tuyo is easy to care for, since it is splashproof, you don't have to worry about running it under water when you're cleaning it. It is very important NOT to submerge it though. I haven't had any issues cleaning it this way. Just use mild soap and water or a toy cleaner, and your toy will be good to go in no time.

This toy is gorgeously packaged. It arrives in a box, and when you open the box there is a beautiful box that comes with it. It is covered with fabric, and satin lined to keep your Tuyo hidden from prying eyes, and is good shape. You can definitely use this box for storage. It is very sturdy and if you take care of it, will last a long time.

The box also comes with a small booklet explaining about the Tuyo itself. It talks briefly about the batteries you need (3 AAA, not included!), and what types of lube you can use with it. It also mentions the vibration settings.
