The extreme pure gold bullet is a small capsule like bullet that allows you to pin point the clitoris and apply pressure. You can also use this on your nipples, the anus (external only), and on the penis (if you have one). When you apply this bullet to these places on the body, it applies vibrations to help achieve orgasm at least that is the idea. It is important to keep in mind that not everyone enjoys vibrations and not all toys work for everyone. There should be lube used with this bullet or at least natural lube or spit.

I found this bullet to be one of the best bullets I have ever tried. Before I got this bullet, I have only ever used larger egg shaped bullets, these tend to cover to whole labia and make me go numb after a short time. The extreme pure gold bullet allows me to tease the clitoris, bringing her out of her shell, and then applying pressure along with the vibrations, which are localized to one area. There are a variety of functions, so hopefully there is one for everyone. This bullet can be used by all level of users a like, since there is such a variety in the functions.

The extreme gold bullet is made of ABS plastic, but with a 24karat gold plating. You will want to avoid this bullet if you have allergies to gold, if you do not know if you are allergic, check this out. Over time the gold plating will most likely tarnish, which means it will lose the gold coloration and turn copper colored. This material is not hypoallergenic like the product page says, because some are allergic to gold. It is however non porous, latex free, and phthalates free. I am not positive on the safety rating for gold products, but I am assuming since it is on jewelry it is body safe. The material is completely smooth and slippery feeling, which helps it glide on the skin. I do have to bubbles in my gold plating.

The extreme pure gold bullet is a 1 ¼” long and 1 ¼” in circumference capsule looking bullet. It is attached to a 23”long wire that is sturdy and thick. This wire is not at all loose and attached really well, as far as wire bullets go. The other end of the wire is attached to the battery unit/controls. The unit is 3 ½” tall and 3 ½” in circumference. It has finger ripples on the back, for finger placement. At the very bottom is a cap that twists to the right to reveal the battery compartment. The cap has a large metal piece on it and a large spring behind it. The batteries slide in nicely. The very front of the unit has to click buttons. One says on/off and the other has a 10 on it. These are easy to use and to locate.

I am very pleased with the design, shape, and the size. The tiny bullet fits nicely on the clitoris and I really enjoy using this bullet. Everything about this bullet is appropriate for all levels of users. The only issue about this bullet is going to be the gold plating, this will tarnish and some are allergic to gold. The size is great for travel, it will fit just about anywhere, but the design is not discreet at all.

The bullet is powered by 2 AAA batteries that slide into the battery unit. The bullet is turned on by the bottom click button that says on/off, then you can control the 10 functions with the top button, which it has a 10 on it. The 10 speeds are as follow:

1. Steady vibes that go from high, med, then to low with a pulsation to change them.
2. Pulsation with a beat, that is in groups of fours.
3. Steady low vibrations.
4. Steady high vibrations.
5. Steady med vibrations.
6. Repeated pulsation.
7. Pulsation in groups of two sounds like beep, beep, beep, etc.
8. Low shaking vibrations.
9. Low steady vibrations to a low pulsation.
10. Low pulsation that stops for about 5 seconds.

Each of these vibrations is nice actually. Some of the pulsations are not my thing, but they are good for warming up. None of them are very loud and they can be covered by background noise. The best function for me is number 2, I really like the beat. There is a lot of variety to this bullet, which is great for all; there should be a level for everyone. The vibrations are located all over the bullet and some of the functions will make your fingers go numb, but they work really well. It does eat batteries. It is marked as waterproof, but I would only take the bullet into the shower with me, not the controls. The package also says that it has a self-heating function, but I did not notice it at all.

Since this has gold plating, you should clean it as follows:

1. Wipe it down with a clean dry cloth.
2. Rinse with hot water and apply antibacterial soap.
3. Allow this to air dry completely.
4. Buffer with a micro fiber cloth.

These are the cleaning directions you should follow, but they are not much different than most other directions for cleaning.

I will only recommend using water based lubes with this, since you can apply water to it for cleaning. I can not recommend silicone or oil based, because I did not try them and they may not be compatible with the gold plating.

The bullet can be stored anywhere and the size is suitable for traveling.
