Tiny firecracker snackbox - cone vibrator discontinued by Don Wands - review by ksparkles16

As my title implies, I have fallen in love with Don Wand’s Tiny Firecracker Snackbox. This is one toy I didn’t think I would like at all. I have never tried a pocket rocket vibrator before. It’s always something I’ve meant to try, but haven’t gotten around to. I was surprised to find that I do like pocket rockets! This has been my first, and definitely won’t be my last.

The Firecracker is suitable for your clitoris or other external area. Please don’t use this anally or internally in your vagina! It would certainly get lost up your butt.

I love that this toy has so much to offer. There are four alternating heads along with the toy itself. It’s like having five toys in one! Although there’s only one setting, it was powerful enough for me. It is suitable for all users, unless you are power or texture sensitive. I definitely recommend it!

The Tiny Firecracker comes in blue and pink. I got the pink; it’s more of a darker pink/magenta in color. The caps and the toy itself are made out of ABS Plastic. The box and product page say that the alternating heads are made out of TPR. However, after feeling them and using them they are the same material as the toy: plastic. Plastic is usually fairly safe to use. This plastic rates a seven out of ten on Eden Fantasy’s Safety Scale.

The plastic material works well to pinpoint vibrations to a certain area. The plastic is smooth and glides easy with some lubricant. With any of the heads, there is some drag so be sure to use lube. It doesn’t attract any hair or lint. There are a few seams on the toy, but they aren’t noticeable during use. There is no smell to it. My only complaint would be that the plastic feels a little cheap, but as long as it works I’m good.




There are four different heads you can use with this toy. You can also use the toy without any of the caps (my favorite way). Two of the heads are really spikey and are only suitable for you if you like having your clitoris poked. I personally don’t so I didn’t like using them.



Another cap has flat circles. This head is not as intense in texture and I liked the flat head.



The last head is round in shape. I thought I would like this one the most, but I found that the vibrations didn’t travel well through the rounded tip.



After some trial and error, I found that I preferred to use the toy without any of the caps. The top of the toy has three metal balls that feel really good on my clitoris. They aren’t spikey or uncomfortable, and you get the most vibrations possible centered on your clit. My favorite way for sure!

Since there are so many options, people who love texture or hate it should find something they like in this toy. There are spikey ones for you texture lovers, and smoother tops for texture haters.

The Tiny Firecracker is really small in size making it perfect for travel. Just toss it in your purse with your favorite cap to go! As of right now, it’s my perfect travel companion. The whole toy only measures a little over 4 inches. It’s small and compact. Each head is around an inch long.



The top of the toy has your three metal balls. You can put one of your four heads on top if you wish. The heads are really easy to snap on and stay put during use. The shaft is smooth and decreases in size to the bottom cap. This is where you put your battery. There is a little ring above the cap to keep water out. I think the Tiny Firecracker is suitable for any user as long as you love power.

The Tiny Firecracker is powered by one AA battery. To place the battery inside, open the bottom compartment. The battery goes in plus side up. The compartment can be a little tricky. When you put it back on, make sure you align the white arrow to open first, then off, and then on. It is sometimes hard to turn the toy off without opening the cap. Make sure you twist it very slowly.



My only main complaint with this toy is only having one speed. I consider myself a power queen and was surprised that this one AA battery operated toy worked for me. I’ve tried a lot of toys that operate on only one AA battery and this was by far the most powerful. I always need a toy of at least a vroom of 4 to get off. I think this toy is around a 3.5 for me. It is certainly more than moderately powerful, but not as powerful as a vroom 4. I’m going round it up to 4. It isn’t terribly loud, with a bee of 2. You could hear it through covers, but not through a closed door.

When I first played with this toy, I was a little uncertain it was waterproof. However, after running it under direct water and checking the compartment no water leaked in. I deem this safe for water and tub use. Be really careful if you use it in water because the cap opens easily when you turn it off.

The Firecracker is waterproof so you can simply wash it in warm water and soap. You can also use a wipe. Some of the more textured heads can be harder to get clean, but it’s nothing too extreme.

You can certainly use a water based or silicone based lubricant since this is plastic.

The Tiny Firecracker is package in a really cute box. It has a carrying handle and there is a hole on the side that looks like someone took a bite out of it I think it’s really cute! The toy can be seen in the middle of the box.



The back lists some of its attributes. To open the box, simply lift the two flaps. The vibrator and alternate heads are placed in a plastic tray. You can certainly reuse the box for storage, but I will probably end up recycling mine.

Pocket Rockets are the perfect simple toy. When I want to get off fast and easy, I choose the Firecracker. Thank you to EF for giving me the opportunity to review this item. I love it when toys surprise me!
