The dolphin was created for vaginal insertion while stimulating the clitoris. Easily held with a two finger grip (thumb and middle finger placed under a side fin) makes it easy to use your palm for thrusting. The fullness in the vagina during clit stimulation is heavenly.
The tip provides a gyrating feeling while you manually thrust it.
If you're not familiar with or used to Jelly toys you may need extra lube the first time or use other means of arousal as the material causes additional friction.
The dolphin fin by itself was one of my favorite features, it alone allowed me to climax multiple times.

Jelly, a soft rubbery material, has a low safety rating due to its porous surface. Jelly toys are high in phthalates and contribute to a distinct smell and may cause irritation to the skin. The solid blue tip is molded into a penis shape including the urethra (just an indentation on the end). It advertises a "high-tech control unit" which is a bit outdated. It does have multi-speed control box that is adjustable by moving one of the two sliders up and down, one controls the intensity of the vibrations, the other controls the rotation of the ball bearings. This cord from the control box to the toy can stretch from 10" to 36" without getting tangled.
When you initially turn on the Dolphin it sounds like a blender. The buzz is loud enough to be heard downstairs while partner watches TV - even louder when legs are pushed together.

Wash with hot soapy water and let air dry completely prior to storage to prevent bacterial growth. Keep away from other toys to prevent disfiguration, this is caused by the Phthalate chemicals in Jelly toys. I plan to keep it in it's original plastic molding or large ziplock bag - this is more sanitary and keeps link off it.

Packaging displays Made in China 2003 (8 years ago) and is constructed of a thick slick cardboard with a non-recyclable plastic insert. It's a saver to use for storage making it easy to keep separate from other toys. I'm considering using a book cover to disguise it on a shelf. There were no instructions in the box but it's easy to figure out how to use this toy.

My partner provided his thoughts by saying it feels cheaply made and may only last about a year. It has strong vibrations and good transitions, he enjoyed the intermediate levels. We were originally concerned that the dolphin would not reach the clitoris, however it's easy to bend it down to apply pressure and move from side to side while it vibrates.
