I'm sure it would be wonderful if the batteries worked

EvoLved products are great 50% of the time. If you get one that works, they're amazing. If you have a bad connection, you're stuck with an overpriced dildo.

Having worked at an adult store that carried a number of products by EvoLved, I feel that I can confidently comment on their products, not only from my personal experience, but from feedback from customers.

First, some highlights:

On the surface, this looks like a wonderful, discreet little bullet. Its size, for one, is ideal. The length of the cord is long enough to keep the bullet where you need it but not have to worry about where your other hand is (or what it's doing). The controller is simple and cycles through settings with ease (unless you're really in a hurry to get to that perfect setting or like to change it up a lot).

The material is great. ABS plastic can be used with both silicone and water based lubes and has a nice, silky texture. It is practically impossible to cause irritation on its own, so EvoLved products are great for those with easily irritated skin. It is also waterproof which is a great little feature, especially for a compact bullet.

No odor, no taste, cleaning is a breeze with warm water and soap or your favorite toy cleaner.

All of that is good and well until you get to the catch (with every EvoLved product I have encountered):
the batteries. The problem lies in the battery connections. If you have one of their products where the battery connections line up perfectly, you are set and will likely have a wonderful time. If you are unfortunate enough to have one that does not line up, you will constantly be scrambling, twisting and untwisting the battery cap, pushing the cap here and there, or just constantly replacing batteries to get it to work properly.

Another downside: If you get it working, it EATS through batteries which is especially troubling with the bullets and finger-rings. While they come with batteries, and even an extra set, they are cell/button batteries which are way more expensive than your standard alkaline batteries.

In short, this baby is a crap-shoot. If you're buying in-store, make sure you have them test it for you with multiple batteries. If you're buying online, check out the return policy since you will likely get a dud.
