I was expecting more
This is a quiet and possibly good clit vibrator for a beginner. A hardcore user would find little power to it. I find it hard to open, and to turn on/off. Overall, I'm not impressed.Published: September 14, 2011
Pros:
Quiet
Cons:
Difficult to turn on and off
The Pocket Rocket is an okay clit vibrator but nothing special. I was expecting more power than it gave. There are only on and off settings, and it does not have adjustable speeds. In my opinion the "on" setting would be equivalent to a low or medium setting. I like other (and cheaper) models better because they give more vrooms.
My biggest issue is that turning it on and off is difficult, requiring two hands. I personally like to hold and control it with one hand. I find myself getting annoyed when I can not turn it on/off easily. On the bright side, it is unlikely it will turn on by accident.
It can be used by couples and may be easier to use on someone else. The Pocket Rocket could be used as an addition with oral. It also could be turned on against nipples or other sensitive areas.
A great benefit of the toy is that the noise level is quieter than other similar vibrators I have tried. I put a pillow over it to muffle the sound further.
The picture shows it accurately. It requires one AA battery, not included. There is a removable spiky cap for added pleasure. The cap makes it easy to clean, which is simple as only the top has contact. It feels like it is made well; not like cheap plastic.
I have not tried it in water, although I believe it is water proofed, and it looks it.
It is of average size for this type of product. I have traveled with similar products successfully and I believe this would travel well also. It fits comfortably in my hand.
Its okay for a beginner but I am not impressed by the lack of power. I intended the rocket to be my "go to toy" but I think it will go back.

Black Magic Pocket rocket and I vibe Pocket Rocket
-
Has anyone tried both Doc Johnson's products the I Vibe Pocket Rocket and the Black Magic Pocket Rocket? I have the I Vibe, but was looking into getting the Black Magic and didn't know if it was worth getting or not. It's on my wishlist none the less until I can figure this out.

I don't have either of those, but this pocket rocket The Ultimate Massager is the stronger I have tried. It has 10 functions and really amazing patterns. I love it.

thans for the review my first vibe was a Doc Johnson's pocket rocket.

Well, for under ten bucks, I probably wouldn't expect a whole lot when it comes to vibration power. Thanks for the review
