The
Impulse bullet is a powerful, nicely designed, clitoral stimulator with seven different vibrating programs. I’ve always had a fetish for clit vibrators and was eager to review this toy by California Exotic.
This toy has a nice shape with a bright colored translucent cover and lots of flashing lights, which can be a little distracting. The bullet itself is a good size; I personally prefer the smaller designs.
The
Impulse bullet is powerful, delivering decent levels of intensity without becoming overwhelming. The Impulse bullet, as you may have guessed, has seven different vibrating programs each with different sequences of vibrations and pulsations.
Having done extensive testing and research, I’ve come to the conclusion that I prefer a constant, steady vibration, an option which, unfortunately, this toy does not offer. Personally, I don’t enjoy variable vibrations, or lulls between vibrations, because it makes it harder for me to climax. I’m sure there are those whose tastes differ.
What I like best is using
clitoral vibrators with a partner as it benefits both people. With the bullet pressed against my clit, my partner feels the vibrations through my body and orgasms faster. My favorite position to use this toy in is doggie style; this way I can slip the vibrating bullet onto my guy's balls, making him groan.
I’ve tried many different kinds or
clit vibrators, and they all feel surprisingly different. My favorite to date is the Artificial Intelligence bullet. I’ve tried the much acclaimed
Hitachi Magic Wand, but it never really grew on me; it’s size, noise, and intensity make it an occasional use toy. Last year, I splurged on the latest fancy clit vibrator
Lily, brought out by Swedish toy makers Lelo; its hefty price tag is mostly for design and packaging. I found the toy difficult to handle and lacking in power.
